Their gyro pitas are soooo good!! I come here almost everyday every time I’m over here for work. The ratio of ingredients is great and the French fries are perfect for stuffing inside.
This was my 2nd visit and I ordered the twin chicken gyro sandwiches. It was a beautiful thing to behold, bright and dark green fresh veggies, tomatoes and cool yogurt sauce surrounding tasty warm gyro meat.My wife had the chicken gyro platter, and a side of hummus with a bright center of heat surrounding a pitted olive.
So glad I found this place! Sooo good! I work nearby and found it on Google. The owner Nick is very personable. His wife has RBF, but I promise she is really nice and pretty funny when you engage with her. They can't find staff so the wait can be just a little longer than usual, but trust me, it's worth the wait.
We had the regular gyro and the gyro platter. We thought they both were just average but the fries were decent and the cheesecake was great. This place is ran by authentic Greeks which is what we always look for when we want gyros. We struggled to understand the employee when we ordered over the phone but that is just a language barrier.
We loved the veggie platter and the gyro platter. We fought over who got to put the falafel in who's go box after dining in.Very tasty indeed. The owners were cute and friendly. I would love to see the dining area get new paint. Definitely returning.
Craving a gyro but the other two middle eastern restaurants were closed Tuesday evenings! Happy I made a trip to Golden! The door was open and, walking in, there is basil growing near the window and fat baklava on the counter. There was a foreign couple who quickly came out and greeted me really friendly. They had other customers but they made my sandwich in under two minutes-she walked over to the wall where the meat was hanging out on that skewer and she cut off some crisp slices. She filled a warm toasted pita with this meat, some fresh tomatoes and sauces, and lots of fresh lettuce (not iceberg). I tried the thing before I even left the property! Please go support this kind couple.
Food is always amazing, and they're extremely friendly awesome customer service. One of my favorite places in town. Also they make it fresh when you put the order in which is the reason it might take a little longer but it's definitely worth it. I've been going here since they opened. And I will continue giving my business even though I have even moved across town I still drive all the way there just to eat .... So if you're looking for a good Greek restaurant in this city I suggest this one!definitely, definitely ,definitely, don't go too heart of Jerusalem where they're extremely rude and their food can't even compare and way overpriced. So come check this place out for yourself
Food is decent. Not the best you'll ever have, but gyro meat is pretty good. Pita bread is average, but this is a fast food joint, so with that in mind, it's a good place to eat and better option than most fast food. The meal was a bit dry. Big downside is no restrooms to wash hands. They are locked outside at the back of the building and nobody wants to borrow a filthy restroom key before they eat.
Easily the best restaurant in the area. Not sure if they classify themselves as fast-food, but they're usually very fast.My only complaint would be that sometimes it takes a bit longer than I feel is reasonable, but it's absolutely worth it for the quality, consistency, and relatively wonderful customer service.Been there about 10 times, will return many more!!
This place rocks the owner Nick and his wife are the kindest people and they make the best gyros in the world. There is never a long line and their services great! If you get the combo their fries are the best! I recommend this place to anyone and I know that you will give them a good review after you try it.
