This place used to be one of our favorites for sushi but its changed and not for the better. My wife and I ordered the calamari bites for an appetizer and we have had this many times in the past. We also ordered three sushi rolls. The rolls appeared quickly, in fact, they came before the calamari. The calamari was a HUGE disappointment and they should be embarrassed to even serve it. The calamari is breaded and looks like a small nugget (dime sized) of honey coated sesame chicken. For $11.99 the plate consists of about 8-9 smallish nuggets and enough greenery, (lettuce, broccoli, and other greens) that this is more salad than calamari. I spoke to the waitress about it and she agreed the portions changed with the new? management. She did get a floor manager for us to speak to and asked to have this taken off our bill which they did. The rest of the meal was ok but lacked any flavor. There are better sushi options in town. As a extra bonus, when presented with the check there is now a 3% Hospitality Fee tacked on. Probably be a long time before we go back.

Very good sushi. Came nearing the end of lunch rush when it wasn’t super busy. 4 stars only because it was difficult to get a hold of the waitress, even though we were one of few small groups dining in.

We choose Bento as our dinner.Good: Oranges and grapes are delicious.Bad: The sweet potatoes in the tempura were underripe. The tempura itself is not fired enough. The chicken is too salty but the water is unfiltering. The sushi inside looks like it was thrown away by other customers, picked up and put inside. Also, there is a strange sour taste from the crab inside the sushi.

The best quality sashimi I have ever tasted. Amazing dessert cocktail that deserves so much praise. Prices are reasonable for what you get, and they serve uni (sea urchin)! Only thing I'm not a fan of is how long it takes to be seated. Very nice decorations with the hanging lights and lanterns/chandeliers, and we loved our waitress Nancy.

I paid 16 dollars for seafood ramen that had two squid and some noddles in it, the bar tender didn’t know how to make a martini, and it is freezing cold in there. My husbands steak was so overdone that it was hard to chew and swallow. The flavors are average.

My favorite sushi spot in the springs! I always go during lunch hours for 20% off all rolls! Absolutely recommend any of the baked/deep fried sushi!!

Friends & I go here for Sushi on weekdays and the prices are unbeatable. They did have to update their prices thanks to the pandemic but still sells as a good deal! I have only had one negative experience here where a waitress was inattentive. Other than that I have been served quite well and have never had a complaint about this venue. Each table is organized and cleaned after every visitor and I have never seen any type of food or drink on the floor or tables from previous customers. As far as the food itself, it has always been made and served satisfactorily.Still a fan years later!

It was very good! Next time we will go earlier but It was delicious very good service

Soo disappointing for lunch on Saturday. Service was absolutely terrible, our server was Mirela. She should not be serving in any restaurant. The appetizer never came out, then main lunch came out cold. She was not at the table to serve. If you want great service Fujiyama is definable not the place to go. Instead I would recommend Kira. Absolutely horrible. If you’d like to talk please do. If you choose not to talk about our experience then I completely understand why your restaurant is a very poor selection to come to.

Sushi was very good, but service is really slow. Numerous options of vegetarian rolls (few are vegan or can be made so) that are actually thought out besides single vegetables. The Inari slices on top of two of the rolls was ingenious. Would come again, just plan on spending at least an hour and a half. When we went for lunch, they did have 20% off all rolls, which could have been part of the problem.
