I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered 3 dishes, paid more than $50 dollars and got very low quality food. Two of the dishes were simply inedible. The chicken tasted old and raw and the noodles were smashed and overcooked. When I called to get a refund, they demanded I bring the food back. I went back to the restaurant to return the food and get my money back. The lady who "helped" me was extremely rude and accused me of lying. She inspected the food and told me she was going to refund only the noodles (because she could not deny the fact that they looked absolutely gross) but not the chicken because I have eaten a little bit of it and I did not return the egg roll and wonton that came with the lunch special. Was she going to serve those to other people? The food quality was the lowest, if not, the chicken was potential to cause food poisoning, but the customer service was even worse. Don't waste your time and money at Fuji Bistro.

Wow. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, waited 10 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. My food came out in 30 minutes but my girlfriends food came out 45 minutes later. We each ate one piece and decided that this was the worst sushi we've ever had. We're both Asian American so we're not too critical. I feel like most of these sushi places think that if the rolls look good, it tastes good. They seem to be more focused on how it looks than the taste.

If I'm getting a real hankering for Asian and/or Japanese cuisine, this would not be my first choice. There are definitely some pro's and con's to this place. As far as appearance, the ambiance is very relaxing, elegant, quiet, and nicely decorated. The food also looks pretty nice, which can be a little deceiving because it really doesn't taste as good as it looks. Food is not entirely bad, but I've had better elsewhere. Also, my dessert tasted like refrigerator. On a more positive note, they have a bar and they do have a large selection of sushi, Japanese, and Asian cuisine. However, I would only return to this place if, for whatever reason, my other options are closed or if it's just for drinks.

Amazing and really kind staff. My 6 year old and I went out on a little dinner date a few days ago, and we had such spectacular service. My kiddo actively asked to come back here for dinner because she loved it so much. They are attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, and the food is SO GOOD.

My partner and I ordered delivery last night for us and our housemate. We spent $75 total between: the orange chicken dish, the sesame chicken dish, drunken noodles with chicken, two sushi rolls (salmon and spicy crunchy crab), plus our two sides of rice. So fairly pricy, even though the delivery fee was only $1.The sushi rolls were a little depressing- definitely on the small side, and my spicy crunchy crab wasn't spicy or crunchy. Other than that, they were mostly fine. A little warm from being packaged up with our other food but that's just how delivery is.Our meat dishes and the noodles were all very good, and fairly portioned in medium sized black tins- although for the price I was more so expecting the large white styrofoam dishes served in other places. We still have enough leftovers for lunch today, and maybe some dinner as well, so I can't complain. All in all, the sushi dishes weren't worth it, but the others certainly were. A little on the pricier side but if you're making decent money or just want a special treat then this is a great place to go.

Do not EVER order from this place. I ordered door dash that came in a sealed and stapled bag. Had the receipt taped to it that showed my order. I was missing two items. I called the delivery guy and he said they gave him one bag (there was plenty of room in the bag for my missing items so it made sense). So I called Fuji Bistro to ask if they had them and they had just been forgotten. They accused me of lying and stealing. When I told them the bag was sealed and I just wanted the food, not even credit or money back. They hung up on me. They cannot take even an ounce of responsibility for forgetting two items (my dinner by the way). I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

This place was awesome! Service was great and the food was slapper. Some straight flames. Had the egg rolls as an appetizer which were cheap and good! As far as rolls we had a Cali roll- bussin, The Mayflower- fuego, and the sweet heart- slapper. It’s safe to say I’ll be back! Thanks for reading. ✌?

The sushi/sashimi was excellent and the kids sweet and sour chicken was really good. I had an issue with the waitress not understanding what gluten was. There might have also been a language barrier and it was hard to understand what she said with a mask on. If you have celiac disease, do not eat here. Not gluten friendly. But if you don't have a gluten allergy this place is dope!

The employees were polite, and very helpful. The woman that was working that evening was especially awesome. My friend suddenly wasn't feeling well and needed to sit down, instead of waiting in line to place an order. She brought a pen and a to go menu to our table so I could help my friend place his order ... All I had to do was circle the item, the qty, etc.... I took that up to the registry and placed our order. It was really awesome to see an employee go that extra mile to accommodate a customer. I was genuinely impressed. I wish I would've gotten her name: all I know is that it was the closing shift for Thurs, March 3rd and she seemed to work the front area I guess. It would be nice to see more people with a work ethic like she has, but..... The restaurant was clean, tables were clean and bussed, floors mopped and cleaned up when someone had an oops with spaghetti and meatballs. So overall I have bro give em five stars even if the food was just kinda meh. Not their fault though.

Loved this place! Will definitely be ordering again! We ordered wontons, egg rolls, egg drop soup, edamame, chicken wings, shrimp fried rice, salmon sushi rolls, and the Valentine's sushi roll. The sushi was kind of plain tasting, but everything else was the absolute best food I have had in a while! I enjoyed tasting everything, there is so much flavor.
