Customer service is LACKING. No acknowledgement when I walked in with my husband and three children. My husband politely asked if there are kid sizes after saying hello and asking how her day is going to the attendant since she didn’t seem to want to acknowledge us. The attendant coldly answered: “ONLY FOR KIDS 12 and UNDER” as of to insinuate we were trying to order kids sizes for ourselves and not for the three kids we just walked in with. After deciding on the three kids ice cream, I ask for a child size vanilla with whipped cream for my daughter, and she states “whipped cream is only for milk shakes!” Like wth. You can’t simply just put whipped cream and charge for whatever the additional weight is??? I walked out because from the first question it was clear that customer service was not a priority in that place. I sincerely hope that a manager or owner sees this review and properly trains their staff. Very unfriendly.
Good ice cream but they had one employee doing her best to take orders, check people out, and make their orders…with a steady stream of customers. I felt sorry for her. Some customers were obviously frustrated. Took awhile to get our order, but not her fault…the owners fault.
Just the best! Who would have thought to dress up soft serve?? I'm so glad Frozen Gold did!!!I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed!The staff is so nice and welcoming. They also allow you to sub flavors out. I'm not really a chocolate person but wanted the Gone Campin cone. They allowed me get it with vanilla and I was able to add a caramel core!!Absolutely the best in flavor and customer service!!
This place is delicious. Everytime we come to springs we always wanna try but the parking lot is always full and we don't wanna park far to walk but today it was decent so we went and it was worth the wait !! The girls who work there we're so nice ! A must visit place for ice cream!
Loved the unique presentation of this ice cream! The in store options looked to be $5.95. We got a s’mores pint to go and it was $10!!! Holy. I’d love to go back and try the soft cores with the cereal dip. We tried to go back and the hours had been changed. I wish this would have been updated on google. Would definitely recommend at least once, but am looking forward to trying again.
Fun twist on ice cream that tasted great. All four of us enjoyed the visit and agreed we would be back! Every time we are in the area with friends we plan on stopping in to share the food experience that was so good for us! Place was clean and had a great outdoor area to sit by the fire.
The ladies at the counter seemed annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted immediately. I was the only person in line.. ice cream was pretty good.
Been here a couple times. There's a young lady who works there and makes every visit such a nice one. She's polite, helpful and very sweet. Love her pretty blue and black hair.
We loved it here. They serve uniquely "bedazzled" soft serve. Outside you can play some games or just sit on one of their tables or benches.It was a very chill and modern experience.
This Place!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!While visiting we wanted some dessert in Colorado Springs and decided to check this out! Simply Put:THE. BEST. I’VE. EVER. HAD!Ok now for the details. Line was a little long which is a great sign of a good place. I’d suggest they consider a second Point of Sale system to speed that up, I can’t imagine what it’s like during peak times. I went on a Sunday night at 9:00 pm on Labor Day Weekend and it was packed. What’s this place like on a Friday at 7:30? ??♂️ not sure but it’s still worth the wait!The staff was super friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and didn’t rush me along.This is where the flavors are amazing! I honestly wanted to get 4 different kinds.The Silly Rabbit was so good! The inside tasted like cereal milk.The cookie crumble was mine and was amazing! The pieces of cookie dough and Oreos were so good and there was fudge on the inside of the cone! Wow!The You’re So Cheesy was wild! Tried this as well and it’s a wild, amazing combination! It was so good!Long story short, this was so so so good. Give it a try! I’d eat here all the time if I lived close!
