Normally love Freddy's but this location was very disappointing. Ordered medium fries but got the same amount as my kids, very small amount. The fry sauce tasted off, like it was expired and had chunks of white pieces like cottage cheese. The spicy sauce was fine and that was clearly made at a factory. But after about 20-30 minutes my son and myself were feeling very sick and we were the only ones to eat the regular fry sauce.
The food was good. The customer service was good. It was a clean area. There wasn't anything to really complain about. The moment just wasn't memorable. There wasn't anything I found exceptional that struck me as "Woah! I absolutely love this place!!" It was more of a, "I enjoyed myself time to move on," experience. Perhaps it would be better for others though.
The food here is always pretty good. Today though we all received cold fries. Also the floors, our table and the counter where you pick up your food were all very sticky. This is just ? gross. Never saw one employee come out to the table area at all to check things.Management should make sure these things are cleaned. Bunch of young kids working that don't care.
Was ok...out of cod and onion rings. We had the patty melt and double chophouse steakburger California style combos with chocolate concrete drinks.We were thinking we ate at the Freddies in Castle Rock about a year ago. Pretty much the same decor.Is it me or the sign of the times where the tables aren't wiped off bc of some excuse?
Every time I come into this restaurant I always get good vibes. From Abigail at the register always having a smile on her face to the kitchen crew calling my order’s number with the melody of a choir. The food is always fresh and made just the way I ordered. Also big shout out to Emerald who always makes us feel welcome and goes above and beyond to ensure that our experience is one to remember. Definitely recommend this location and will continue to dine here for many moons to come.
I try to stay away but they keep sucking me back in... I mean let's start with the food. Incredible burgers, amazing dogs, and omg the sundaes. Even though the food keeps me wanting more it's hands down the service that keeps me returning (not ashamed to say about 3 times a week). From Abigal at the front counter literally remembering my order each time and the amazing Emerald who makes each time I walk in feel like I'm seeing family. Your food will always be on my mind but your crew will keep me returning.
If you have had a steak burger, this is the place. This is how it's done, if you haven't..? Than you hurry your butt down to Freddy's and engorge yourself, now! Absolute delicious! Get some cheese curds with your order too, and you CANNOT forget the fry sauce!
IDK man, I ordered a Jalapeño burger and the guy stated it usually comes with grilled Jalapeños but they only had non grilled (he said fresh, out of a can isn’t fresh, friend), at any rate I asked “cant you just grill the fresh ones?” and he said the morning crew does that. Um, you cant toss jalapeños on a grill top. Pass, Ill just have a patty melt. Got to the window and the short curly hair girl handed me large drink that want even full. I asked the girl if she could fill it and she scoffed and gave me the most annoyed look, paused like I may change my mind, when I to speak and rationalize paying for food to only get a portion if it, she took the drink and filled them begrudgingly. I wont be back. Also, just toss some jalapeños on the grill, its not rocket science.
Their steak burgers are just so good! Served hot, within a reasonable time, and the custard is outstanding.
First time there... it was amazing the food was outstanding the service was even better.. the little gal that helped us was super nice and she new her job... the prices seem kinda high but we'll worth it.. the burgers and hotdogs were very good.. I can't believe it took me 41 years to mosey on over to freddys..Freddy's was a great pick today for lunch .. thank you guys very much
