Foods pretty good, we live in the area and occasionally come for ice cream and rarely food. I gave it a three star because of the slowwwwwwww service. We’ve never dined in, only drive through and every single time we’ve gone we’ve sat in the drive through for 15 min+, no exaggeration. It usually starts at the order speaker, they ask us to wait and that’s 5 minutes or so then when you swing around we wait additional time there. Not sure if it’s low staff or what. Staff are always nice though and the speaker is hit or miss so we always have to clarify, as they mix up our concretes and sundaes but has happened a couple times so we attribute it to the poor speaker maybe? Sometimes it’s not worth the wait, can’t see the dining room but we’re usually the only first or second one in line for drive through and it’s still the same wait! Kinda disappointing for a place that has so much potential!
Aside from having to wipe down my own table, it was okay...ewe though. Nice team and hot garlicky salty fries.
Burger was pretty great. I got what I ordered, and the staff was nice! It was better than smash burger the other day.
I understand being short staffed but if there's not enough help then they should just close the restaurant. Should not have received old cold food and literally 9 cheese curds . Very disappointed.
I've gone here countless times before. The staff is always so nice and my food is always out in a timely manner. I especially love the custard. Laurel and Angel are always the brightest in the room. I'm always happy when I leave.
The fries and dirnks are great! I especially love the fries. THE BURGER IS THE POOREST, FLIMSIEST EXCUSE FOR A BURGER EVER. THE CHEESE SLICE WAS THICKER THAN THE PATTY.I'll keep enjoying their fries and drinks, but I'm not paying $5 for an ounce of hamburger meat.
Absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about this location! Drive thru service was very prompt, order made correctly, employee was very friendly and professional AND BONUS... I was trying to figure out what to get my pup when I was informed they have dog patties! For a buck! Wow!Wow!! I was so happy and definitely got one for my pittie. The burger I got was fantastic and that is not "fantastic for fast food"...that is simply "fantastic " full stop. Planning on another stop here soon!
I love Freddy's. I always get a #4 and a concrete. Of course you gotta have that frie sauce, so when I go to the counter to get my food I asked the lady for some sauce. She says "what kind" and grabs a single ranch and yeets it on my try. I say "oh I wanted the jalapeno one" so she grabs it and yeets that one into my tray and boy if looks could kill I'd be a dead man. That woman was angry and idk why. I wasn't wearing any political shirts or any religious symbols or anything that riles up the folks these days. Rudest experience I've had at a Freddy's and I am infact a Freddy's lover. Hopefully that lady will have a better day tomorrow.
Delicious! I forgot the name of the employee... I believe Audrey? I'm not sure, but she was soooo helpful and kind with all my questions.I really enjoyed going here.And they have a little but of a different spin on all the regular burger joints, in a good way.I definitely suggest checking it out!
I am an employee of Freddy's and I can say that it is one of the best food places you can frequent. We have great food, wonderful staff, and deeeee-licious custard. Who could ask for more? ?
