Don’t miss this super delicious Burger Restaurant! Five Guys is outstanding. Everything is super fresh! You need to choose every topping for your Burger in the beginning. There are small and normal sizes. Starting at around 6$, going up to 15$-17$ per Person for Burger, Fries and Drink.Fries are also great, with info where the potatoes come from. I went here some times and always loved it!!
I ate here last Friday and I had the worst stomach pain in my life. I had to call an ambulance and spent the night in the ER. I didn’t eat for 2 days after this happened. Worst pain in my life. The doctor said I had a virus from whatever I ate. One of the worst experiences of my life. Be safe y’all.
Used to be my go to spot for a burger. I ordered online and was given a noon pickup time. After standing there for a few minutes I hear a staff member tell someone that they do not fulfill online orders until everyone in the restaurant is fed. Ok. Wait. While I can see the sentiment behind that practice, that NEEDS TO BE STATED ON THE ORDERING PLATFORM.After waiting FOURTY more minutes, my order was still not in the queue. I asked to cancel the order because I had to get to work and was told that I wasn't allowed to.Horrible business practices. Do not offer online ordering if you are not responsible and organized enough to execute it.Staff members were great though. Kudos for their positivity.
Bun was hard and wet. No one tells you that a cheeseburger is actually double patties instead of 1. When my order was wrong I was told I could not get the price difference back. I'd be sent a coupon voucher. Great except I don't like here. Hamburger patty was raw. And to add insult to injury, it was $41.00. I will never eat at a Five Guys again!!!!!
Good food as always, really patient and kind staff who definitely need a raise. There was a crowd of people just staring at the staff like circus animals and it was very uncomfortable. I hope they get a raise here, and some recognition for their hard work.
This is the place where food goes to die. If you are a delivery driver especially, avoid this place, you will literally stand there for 10 to 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you have walked in and your food will normally get pretty cold before they even give it to you. I cannot even begin to count the number of times that I walk in and my order is sitting on top of the Fry area and they just let it sit there instead of checking if the person is there to actually pick up the food. And if there is a shake on your order? Forget about it you're going to wait another 5 to 10 minutes before they get to making that! It's ridiculous! You could literally walk to Smashburger from here. Do yourself a favor and do that! Not only is their food better over there, their system actually works and you will get your food when promised and at a consumable temperature. I would not be surprised to see five guys burgers and fries go the way of larkburger in the very near future if they don't work on their customer service.
The Worst five guys experience. Forgot half my toppings and the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger and then gave me cold bacon to put on top but was still missing toppings. I also saw a guy wipe his upper lip with his gloved hand and keep making food. Yuck. Won’t be going back to this location
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger burger with extra cheese. Thought I'd just get one extra slice but got at least two. Fries were good as well. Didnt take long for me to get my food. Crew seems to be proficient.
Ordered online. Had to wait a few minutes upon arrival to pick up (showed up early). Checked order at home and it was perfect. Hot burgers and hot fries. DELICIOUS and put me in a small food coma.
