They have okay burgers. Service was fine, but I had higher hopes for the quality of ingredients from what I had heard from others. They did have a ton of options to pick from though, so maybe that's the allure of this place?

We’ve ate A LOT of Five Guy’s. This location has to be the worst one we have ever been to. How do you NOT cook the French fries long enough?! Those are one of the best things about coming to Five Guys! The burgers were dry and lacking bacon. Worst experience ever, and worst 38$ I ever spent for two little bacon cheeseburgers and two regular fries. We won’t be back.

Food here is always good. The customer service is not up the same level. I always feel rushed by the person behind the counter taking my order. I don't feel welcomed. The price is not worth it. I receive better customer service at a much better value at fast food restaurants.

Service is top notch, and the store is always sanitary and clean. However, paying over $12.00 for a single cheeseburger, small fries, and free water is way more than I can afford anymore. Did they change their signs to read The Broadmoor Burger? !!YeeHaw. We have found paradise after a hard morning of MC riding. The manager here, Ela, has been here since they opened, 15 Years! and Carmen for over 10 years cooking our fabulous burgers and fries! This speaks volumes about quality and quantity. Plenty of free parking, sanitary place beyond belief, and a very friendly staff. get over there and get happy! 5 Thumbs Up!!
Five Guys did not disappoint. The burger was way bigger than I expected, and delicious. They were great about being careful about my food allergies and avoiding cross contamination. The fries were good but not my all time favorite, VERY greasy.Also... I didn't expect to literally see FIVE guys working there, lol. But 4, not 6... exactly 5, and all guys. (But they said they definitely hire girls too ❤️) they were great.
Music is too loud! Can't carry on a conversation. I like rock n roll but this is extreme. Expensive! $43 for 3 for hamburgers, fries and a drink?? Unlikely I will be back.
It was ok. But for a $21 burger and Fries I'd have expected spectacular.
The worst burger I've ever had. I recommend a different burger joint to my fellow patrons. Alittle advice for the business too, you need better training, cheese should go directly on the meat and should not be separated by sauce. The sauce goes on the bun not in-between the meat and cheese. Honestly tho while we're on the topic that cheese is disgusting I recommend having more than one to go to but like never that one. You could be alittle more creative too maybe try something outside mayo, mustard and ketchup. Super basic and not even done well. Disappointing.
In our opinion, the best fast food burgers and fries, bar none. Quality meat and cheese, great topping options and you can add any or all at no additional charge, including yummy options like green peppers, sautéed mushrooms, barbecue sauce, plus the more traditional burger fare like ketchup, mustard, etc. And the fries ... cooked in peanut oil and freshly salted - SO good!!! Nothing artificial about their fries. You can also order the fries with Cajun seasoning and they are tasty. Yum!
