I love their fries & burgers. At this particular location, they keep the restaurant WAY too cold. The food (and us) got cold quickly & the whole experience just wasn't enjoyable.

They have great fries and I lo e that I can snack on peanuts while I wait. My hubby loves going hear. But since I cannot eat beef, there is no option for me. A veggie burger option would great guys! Even there hotdogs are beef
Good burgers but rather expensive for burger and fries. Fries were good but cold and soggy. I could drive down the road to in n out and get a cheaper burger and fries that taste slightly better.
Five Guys as a whole is pretty solid. The burgers and fries are tasty at pretty much every location. The problems for me are the price point and lack of consistency. $15+ for burger and small fries no drink is steep for a fast casual chain. You can get a cheaper burger and fries at a sit down establishment. I don’t mind paying for quality but the bigger issue to me is the consistency. Sometimes I order a small fry and it comes with a bunch extra that it’s enough for 2 people and sometimes it’s barely enough for 1 person. It makes it hard to determine what to order since it’s different every time.
This place is pricey! I wouldn't come here but maybe a few times out of the year but the burger and fries were so good it was totally worth the experience!I really appreciated the wonderful attitude of the young man serving us at the counter.It was clean, the food was excellent, and the vibe was right. Thank you, Five Guys, for an enjoyable and convenient experience!
Usually there is always good food here. I've been coming here since 2015 but recently the last few times I've been in there's been nobody working the register. There are employees cooking food and handing out food and cleaning the restaurant but nobody's working the register. I stood there for 10 minutes each time and then just left without ordering.
The cashier has a horrible attitude. It’s 04/02/2022 at 233pm. She has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen at this location. Slouched over the counter, didn’t say hi, we walked up and she said what can I get you. We said thank you and her response was yep.
Good solid burger with plenty of toppings. The small fries are plenty as there is about another small fries loose in the bag. Folks were nice as well and the place was clean. My biggest gripe with 5 guys is the price. Burger and fries is approx $15 (no drink). The smallest fries are $4.25... it's a potato, right? The burger is pretty beefy, two not-smashed patties.
Great visit! Burger and fries both hot and fresh. Staff cleaned the lobby TWICE during my short visit. I was impressed. Staff genuinely seemed to like their jobs. Will return.
Five Guys burgers and fries are great! This was my first visit. I am glad I tried it. The manager/owner was involved. I'll visit again.
