Racist staff! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The food is delicious. I’d ordered online several times. Today, I took my daughter out for brunch IRL. The hostess tried to seat us in the booth at the back of the restaurant, around the corner from the lobby, near the bathroom. We walked through an empty restaurant to get to this table! I demanded to be seated somewhere else, which she did with a terrible attitude. She had a hard time looking at my black face when I entered the restaurant. I brought the issue to the manager to explain how they should treat people of color and my disappointment in this experience. The manager proceeded to apologize to me for being treated that way in other places, but said that wasn’t the case. The hostess was just trying to accommodate a server. My daughter and I stayed in the restaurant for over an hour, on purpose, and no one was seated in that booth or even that area, and the restaurant was still empty. This was place hires racist staff
Our breakfast at First Watch was okay. Their bread was very good. My biggest complaint about this place is they did not have Grape Jelly (my favorite and really the only flavor I will eat). It was an upscale breakfast place. We ate there once in our week in Col. Springs and did not return for a second one. I recommend trying it and if you like it, then go back. It just wasn't our kind of breakfast place. Very clean, modern, upscale. Definitely had more pros than cons.
I'm sorry to say that this place has declined. We went there for breakfast and the food was all subpart. Staff is friendly and good served quickly. I'm only giving it 2 stars because if the food.
Simple ingredients, simply prepared.....and delicious. Clean, healthy, food with really good flavor. The service is awesome. They go above and beyond to answer any questions we have.
This is the spot for everyone hungry for a fresh breakfast brunch or lunch. Great staff too!
Excellent breakfast/brunch, and terrific service. Reasonable prices too. Today was first visit, but we'll be back anytime we're in the Springs and needing breakfast or brunch. Definitely recommend.

This is a place where I want to go again and again. The ricotta lemon pancakes are the best! All six of us loved our meals. Fresh ingredients. Quality recipes. Good coffee. Good service. Five stars!
Very amazing service and food although it was a little pricey
Knowledgeable staff. Great coffee and juices. Great atmosphere. Good was plated well. A little over salted on the skillet but still really good.
