I ordered online for a delivery order. I selected my order and typed in my address for delivery. To my horror, I see that it's a pick up order so I called the store to fix it. I was told they don't do delivery at all and that I would have to pick it up. I'm unable to so I asked if I could have my order refunded instead. Also no. I was told I have to come to the store in person to get a refund. I placed the order online so I feel that this should have been resolved over the phone without issue. Very disappointing and a huge waste of time.

I ordered a Fully Involved Steamer to go and when I got home, I received a Steamer. There was no Fully Involved extras. Rather disappointed because this store has always been good. But today not only were they slow but did not complete my order as requested. Guess I will be checking before I leave
Pretty good sandwiches, we used a T-Mobile offer and it was worth it. They were really slow with the service but that's fine.
We always were happy with the service and subs at this location. Haven’t been in a while before little over a week ago, service was short, facility was dirty and sandwiches were cold. As this is not the norm, we went today again hoping for a better outcome. Service just as bad, no greeting, very short taking your order, almost rude calling your name placing the food on the counter and keep chatting to their coworkers like you are not welcome. We even were the only ones there. No enjoy or have a great day nothing. And to top it off, cold sandwiches again. Simply too expensive to receive bad service and cold food. Wont be back to this location.
Just left this establishment poor service I revived a cold steak and cheese with a still wheat bread the sandwich was made in 1min I should have known that no greeting! They just called my name and set my phone on the counter and I paid freaking 14.00 for this trash I got home to have this for dinner and almost threw up I called the store and some little girl told me I shod come back they will give my money back you guys think everything is about money ? ? I could have gotten a dollar menu from McDonald’s ??
Ordered for delivery. Pricey for what you receive. We ordered 2 sandwiches (7" and 12") and a brownie. Food was delivered quickly but the bread was soggy and wet. Sandwich ingredients were very skimpy. Not a loaded sub. Most definitely would not order again. This was our first time trying Firehouse and we were more than disappointed. A loaded sub, with chips, drink and cookie at Jimmy John's is a much better deal, and filling! That's why I find it so hard to try something new. It's always a disappointment. 2 thumbs down.
I’ve always enjoyed firehouse subs usually really fast since now online ordering and stuff so the big disappointment came when I walked in and I’m assuming it was the manager cursed like he was upset cause I was there for my order. Then a couple walked in and then now the other employees are engaging in his mood and verbal language since Im seeing they close at nine and it’s 830 they want to leave. I could never imagine a guest hearing what was going on and last they were cleaning and it didn’t even smell nice just smelt like someone had a hygiene issue
Used my free bday sandwich..the girl who checked me out was nice. When I went to my car..I checked my sandwich which was completely wrong. The girl who helped when I went back in was not nice at all..she was irritated when they made the mistake. Tried to small talk with her, to lighten the tension but she still wouldn't look you in the eye or communicate at all..not going back.
Crew was very rude. My sister asked specifically for a combo but the agent rang it in as a "pair" and refused to give her the drink without making us pay separately for a drink instead of the difference between the "pair" that they charged her for and the "combo" that she ordered. Fountain drinks a very little cost to a restaurant and most places would have just given her the drink since it was their error. The club sandwich was terrible because the ham is just way too sweet. It's so sweet that it overpowers everything else on the sub. High prices, terrible service, and gross food. Not a good experience and we will not return.
Delicious sandwiches made by a friendly staff. I love the Hook-n-Ladder, of course it has to be fully involved.
