This place was clean, efficient and friendly. The sandwich was excellent, and the price was good. I love sandwiches; I eat a lot of them from lots of places. This is one of the best... ??

When I used to work in fast food we would stay open until we were actually closed and do our nightly duties after. So why were your doors locked 15 minutes before closing time? You might as well change your closing time to reflect it.
The interior of the restaurant is clean, the staff is always friendly, and the subs taste like what Firehouse subs are suppose to taste like. There really isn't much else you can ask for from a Firehouse subs.
We did not receive our pickle spears with any of our sandwiches. When I arrived to pick up my order a coworker that was leaving told me that they were closed. It was only 8:15 pm. The website says 9pm. The other to coworkers did not say anything to me. They were busy breaking down and cleaning.
When your order is wrong even though you are the only family in the restaurant, you know you've gone to the wrong place. Staff needs some training.*Update - We tried again it it was a much better experience. Food was good and the staff was nice. Updating my 2 star review to a 4.
This is the first time I have been to firehouse subs. The customer service was great; Ali helped me. I really enjoyed the Decour and love knowing that part of the proceeds go to help firefighters save lives. Very cool! Thank you!

My Boss and I have lunch together 5 to 10 times a month. We have gone to firehouse twice. The second time we went to the one on academy and it was more fun today because of the staff. The team was engaging customers with conversation. They were working hard and fast to serve us. Give these guys the teamwork award. Ali was the manager
Usually never have a problem with this place but this time you can tell hands we’re not clean!!!!! My order arrived a total disaster full hand print on the boxes bag and receipt. Literally threw it in the trash not being able to trust my food was handled correctly!
So currently right now I'm homeless. And I mean I did just get a job but I'm starting till friday. And so tonight I'm hungry I don't have any money. I ended up walking past Firehouse subs. And while I was walking past firehouse subs I decided to walk inside and see if I would ever get any food cuz I'm hungry. When I went inside I came up to the counter and I met a man named Sam. I asked him if he had any extra food or anything for free. He said that he wasn't able to give me anything for free but he did offer to pay for my meal out of pocket. And that was just really nice of him so I just want to say thank you to Firehouse subs and thank you to Sam you guys are really good people when I appreciate you.
