We came across Felipe's Facebook post and thought, "let's go support a local business for dinner." We were not disappointed. Delicious food, nice portions and a great price. Go support these folks and enjoy a really good meal. The green chili queso is really good!
I know people will hesitate because of the neighborhood and building, but don't be like that, they are fine. The food is absolutely awesome. Saw the ads on social media and finally tried it. Seriously good burgers, literally one of those places that you should take your out of town friends to. In n Out is lame. Support this local business, you won't be disappointed.

Saw the add on Facebook and decided to stop by. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the food is really good and the prices are awesome even in today’s economy! Definitely recommend to anyone and I’ll be sure to spread the word to my friends in the Springs.
DO NOT JUDGE A BOOM BY ITS COVER. This little hole in the wall family owned burger joint is incredible. I had the Sombrero burger combo and it was amazing. The burger meat was juicy and tender, the fries were lightly salted and kept their crunch long after they were "hot and fresh". The girl at the window was sweet and the owner waved hi to us as we approached. It may not look like much but don't skip this joint!
The burger taco was Delicious and unique. Loved their home made taco shells, home made fried with sea salt, and some good old fashioned root beer to wash it down. The music station they chose constantly changed genre which was a plus for us. We got to hear country, pop, and some late 90s rap. Fun times.Would recommend maybe some slip resistant shoes as the floors were pretty greasy, but we had a laugh with staff as they have definitely tried hard... Them new floor tiles ain't letting that grease go to save their life. Lol.Fair prices. We were shocked at how large the orders were ND they bring em right out to the table for ya. I'd say worth the trip and worth the $20 we spent.
MUST TRY! Tried Felipe’s 109 for the first time tonight and it was SO good! I had the taco burger combo with green chili queso and a side of green chili ranch. My hubby had the Klassik burger. Excellent food and super friendly staff. We’ll love supporting local businesses and we will definitely be back!
Hands down the best burger I’ve had in Colorado Springs. Wonderful service. I called in to place the order. They were wonderful on the phone. When I walked in everyone greeted me. The owner peeked around the corner and said “Thank you for coming in we really appreciate it.” Will be recommending this restaurant to anyone that ask me about a good place to eat!
We just had the pleasure of eating here. Hands down ... THEE BEST TASTING BURGER! The fries, green chile and queso compliment the tasty burger beautifully! Really good place and very welcoming people. Me and my husband had Taco burger and Trash Nachos with green chile. Chile is really spicy for people who doesn't really eat spicy but love to try (I had it on the side to be on the safe side). Good deal every tuesday cause it's Taco Tuesday, taco starts at $2! We will definitely come back, burger is also really juicy and well seasoned! Kudos to the owner.
