Food was fairly good but I paid for a shirt on the 16th and every day I went back for it but was unable to get it. Yesterday Mackenzie said she would have it there by 10am today. I go today and the whole store is closed. I try again hours later after I left 2 phone messages and there is a hand written sign saying they are closed due to staffing. Maybe whomever wrote the sign could've called me back ...? I am not from the area and I leave tomorrow so I guess I just don't get what I paid for. Thanks for nothing
First time here got the large size Philly cheese steak, and half the sandwich filled me up quickly!! Very happy with the food it hit the spot to say the least. Plus now I have dinner!! Definitely check em out.
I have found my new guilty pleasure place to eat. The food here is incredible and so unique that you would be hard pressed to find another place like it.I got the Fat Wondergem sandwich to try this place out. Holy Freaking Cow it was out of the world. I never thought adding all these ingredients together could work but I was wrong.Staff was super friendly and helpful. Whole place was super clean and well organized, bathrooms included.Definitely will be coming back to try everything else on the menu!
Foods not to bad. Grease is kept fairly clean for a decent taste. The problem I have is the place is a little dirty and the prices are to high. Staff is dope and friendly ?!
I normally do no write reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience or rather lack of experience here. I've only been able to get fat shack food once during covid and lately have been craving to try it again. I went to try something new on Friday night at 12:20am (since I get off work late) and was disappointed to find they had already closed.What's a little more is my significant other tried going a couple weeks prior around 8/9pm and they turned them away and told they were closed. I hope one day I'll be able to try the experience of this food since I've heard lots of good reviews.
Poor customer service skills, the cashier is constantly flinging her hair around the food and touching her face then making drinks, she also had an armpit full of hair over food so disgusting. My food was incorrect after waiting 45min we won't be back.
If you like the best of American nonsense food with everything in the sandwich, you cannot go wrong with Fat Shack. My sandwich was huge, packed with chicken tenders, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, fries, and jalapeno mustard. Oh and fricken' cheese steak! Yeah, I ate the whole thing, it's THAT good!
I called to place an order over the phone here and the woman who answered the phones told me they didnt take orders over the phone which didnt make any sense to me as I literally called last night and placed a phone order!? So i went into the store to place an order and the same woman who told me they didnt take orders over the phone was very wierd to me while placing my order and then I had to wait to get the food I ordered instead of having it ready? I asked the guy who brought me my food when it was ready if they were no longer taking phone orders and he said that they have been getting very busy in the lobby and have not had time to take phone orders. He said they do still take phone orders but when they are really busy they can't. Something wasn't right here because I literally watched this girl who refused to take my order over the phone sit on her phone texting the entire time they made my food. It was very clear that they were not that busy when I was in there? Since when and why did you stop taking phone orders? I've been coming to this place for a long time and never been told this and after the way the woman working there treated me I certainly wont be back. Hope you fair better. I prefer to shop and eat localy anyway. This was one of my last holdouts until tonight so good riddance
Always love the food , never had any complaints with anything , the last few times I have been in the gal working on Sundays has had an attitude towards me and my wife the last three times I've been in , just rude AF , I will go to the other fat shack for now on .
