From start to finish, and we wish it would have never ended, the staff made us feel very welcome. We did the tasting menu, my wife did the chef wine pairing. We had several servers. But we called them tour guides, since they not only tell you all about the dish, and the ingredients, and how the wine pairs with each course, they also let us know what to expect, and what flavors we would be tasting. This was easily the way to go rather than ordering a la carte. We even met Adam the chef and co owner! We were 1000% impressed and would easily come back again and again when we come back to Colorado Springs.Pro tip, if you don't know where it is, it is located in Coati, but walk in, and keep going straight past a few vendors until you see the Ephemera sign on the left and walk up stairs.
Best meal we have had in Colorado. The the masterful quality and care put into each of the dishes, the uniqueness of the wines and pairings, the knowledgeable efficient and unpretentious staff and service, the beautiful atmosphere, the prices are absolutely fair. Hands down the best restaurant in town. If Michelin came to Colorado, we'd nominate Ephemera and these chefs. They change the menu regularly (daily?) and are open six nights a week. Try a weekday when (at this point) you can probably walk right in w/out reservation. 7 course tasting menu w wine pairing is wonderful. There is a lovely bar with full meal service if you are solo.
I just had the best brussel sprout of my life! Must eat here. My partner and I celebrated our engagement here. We are both vegetarian and had such a great time!
Incredible food - and an incredible value. We did the 7 course tasting menu and each course was phenomenal. ? The service was equally wonderful. Jen and Robin took great care of us and were so knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. It was an amazing experience.
Not to be missed! Global fusion innovation? No label to describe it. Flavors designed for taste perfection. Romantic yes
Everything about this meal was incredible. I found Ephemera after googling nice restaurants in Colorado Springs. The reviews are what made me decide to make a reservation and try it out. My fiancé and I came here for a late Valentine’s Day date. The restaurant is small, the entire staff is attentive and knowledgeable. It is not pretentious in the slightest, despite the prices. It’s a very clean, welcoming atmosphere. We decided to spring for the 7 course meal with the wine pairing. It was absolutely worth it! All of the wines were delicious and paired perfectly with the food. The portions were just enough that you could savor the dish, but not too big that we left feeling gorged. I almost cried when I ate the fish. I’d never had barramundi, and I can confidently say that that dish was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The way the chefs combine flavors is amazing. I wish we had eaten at the bar so we could watch them cook. You truly can’t go wrong with any dish here! Highly recommend. We’ll be going back, I need more of that fish!
Immersion dans les fonds Marins jusque dans l assiette....un régal pour les yeux et les papilles...
Unique dining experience located in COATI, upstairs. The 7 course offering was tempting, but seemed like it would be less filling than just splitting sharable and light menu items, as well as an entree.Wine offerings with a cocktail bar outside the restaurant with option to bring your cocktail in. The Brussels and tagliatelle were are favorites. The duck entree was very minimal for the price. Some of the others looked a bit heartier. The service was wonderful and staff were knowledgeable and helpful with making selections. Cheers ?
Delicious and sophisticated menu. The service is professional and personable and the portions are generous. Looking forward to many more dinners here, and to be surprised by exciting new menu options.
Fantastic food with huge flavor. The wine pairings for the 7 course dinner were perfect. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable both about the food and the wine. Will definitely recommend and return!
