Great Tacos and Price! Not a gimmicky food truck. Classic!
I’ve never been disappointed with my tacos at El Chapin. The meat is so high quality, they actually spice the meat instead of leaving it bland, and the salsa is to die for. I wish I lived closer so I wouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes to get them (though my waist line is probably thankful that’s not possible). The fact that they are cooked to order only enhances the quality, and it’s absolutely worth the wait.
Great little secret. Definitely coming back when I’m in the area.

Best taco truck in the springs. Super cheap, great quality and right next to the best meat market in the springs. 10/10 would recommend. Al Pastor tacos with a churro!
Best place for Mexican food that's made fresh to order! And best of all, the meat is sourced from the suppliers for Ranch Foods Direct, a farm that uses more sustainable practices and treats employees well.
They catered our granddaughter’s birthday party. They were prompt and attentive. The food was exceptionally delicious and everyone raved about it. If you want some seriously great food, have them cater your next event. Reasonably priced and wonderful to work with! Thank you!
Even without lactose the burito was amazing. Staff was very nice, prices are reasonable. I can't wait to try more of the menu!
