I absolutely agree with the reviewer who recommends not supporting businesses who have reduced their service level, charge the same price and blame COVID. Closing the dining area is a cowardly move and unworthy of the American ethos-we are a robust, resilient people who should never be cowed by such garbage edicts again. Let such businesses fail and be replaced by enterprises with courage, common sense, traditional American values and service-minded business practices.
Don’t give this place any business. They have permanently closed their dining room. When I asked one of the employees they said it was a corporate decision and will be closed permanently. Take your business elsewhere when they can’t host families or business meetings who need an offsite place to meet.
Great service, explaining the benefits of signing up (free bagel, etc). Tasty breakfast sandwich. Drive through was fast for 4 people getting food.
Heh corporate, it’s way past time to open the dining area again at this location. We just quit going. We were very loyal customers. Everywhere is open. Everywhere.
On the occasions that I’ve gone to this Einsteins, they’ve gotten my order wrong more times than right. I always ask for a 2-egg, chorizo sunrise with NO avocado and NO cheddar because those are my personal preferences. Yet, both are added. It’s never busy when I go. There’s usually one or two people inside and at the drive thru. So I’m not sure HOW this oversight happens. I know I’m not the only customer who would appreciate a little more attention to detail. Thanks.

This review is not for the exact establishment, but for the catering services.I bought some gift cards to use on an upcoming catering order for a party. I tried to place an order for pickup, and it only allowed me to input credit card information and no spot for a gift card. I emailed the catering service emails and Kathryn informed me that they do not accept their own gift cards for catering services! How bizarre! This system needs to be fixed asap! I hope this review brings attention to an area they need to fix.
Bagel was ok. Nothing special. Most surprising in a county without COVID mask or dining limitations for over a year, Einstein makes all employees wear a mask and prohibits indoor dining. Next time I want a bagel, I'm going 200 yards down the street to Panera!
Not sure what's going on at this place. They never reopened their lobby for dine-in, but at least you could go in and order instead of waiting forever in the drive-through line. Now they've closed the lobby completely. They carry fewer bagel varieties than other Einstein franchises, and you always roll the dice when you order because they might not have what you want. We keep returning to this location because we hope things will get better, but at this point I wish the owners would just tell us if they're preparing to go out of business. That would save me time.
The Google took me to the wrong store when I called in the order. Other than that the products are really good I've been on a locks and bagels kick lately and I am loving the app.
