This is a very conflicting review.I purchased gift cards for an upcoming catering order for a party. When I go to set it up for pickup, it only allows me to input a credit card information. I finally find the information to figure out how to use the gift cards, and Kathryn Mroczek with Einstein Bagels emails me back that I cannot use the gift cards.It's quite conflicting for a business to not accept their own gift cards for purchasing their product.Maybe just a good PSA for any potential customers. Go a different route.
Went to my my granddaughter perform and practice and went next door but we I got there no enthusiasm no hood morning welcome I've never walked into this or any of Einstein Bros the moral ???????????? the people behind the register need something to living up their morale, this is definitely not Kool and I will skip your store for sure terrible coffee and terrible bagel like terrible. Hard dry just awful for 8 Bucks. Wow!!!
Slow, distracted, and inaccurate ☺️I ordered a variety box of bagels that is supposed to come with two containers of cream cheese, when I got to school, I found 12 bagels and no spread. Yay. Mistakes happen that I can’t understand, but what’s annoying is that when I was waiting for the simplest order ever, the employee that was supposed to box my bagels was too busy training another on how to put this super simple order together, because of that , I didn’t have the cream cheese , not only that but I’ve called probably seven times and no one‘s picking up the phone.
I love the farmhouse breakfast sandwich and it was fixed exactly like I wanted...on an asiago bagel with extra cream cheese. My husband's sandwich left a lot to be desired. His sandwich (the All-nighter) had barely anything on it and he had asked for 2 eggs and it barely had any bacon, which on the description is supposed to be thick cut....not so much. I only had one egg on my sandwich and it was much meatier. Other than that, our food was fresh and tasted great. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my rewards stuff. Will definitely eat there again.
The person we usually get helped by at the register- i believe their name is Bennet, is always amazingly friendly and helpful! They are always so upbeat and you can immediately tell they enjoy their job! Will be coming back just because an attitude like that can really change up a bad morning.
Bennet at the counter is fantastic. Super upbeat and really seems to enjoy their job. Food is always great. Best one in town for sure.
Came to eat, but their dine in is closed. I don't want to eat in my cold car. Left without ordering
Tried to order one of their new breakfast burritos, and was told they don't have them at all. Disappointed!
Service was good, but the dining room is still closed, and I'm not sure why. This is the only place in the Springs I've seen that does not have their dining room open. However, I love their bagel egg sandwiches! Especially the Chorizo Sunrise!
The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. And with the specials on the app, Einstein's is incredibly affordable. Definitely the best place to satisfy your bagel craving.
