Food Poisoning. I had used the contact form to let them know how incredibly dirty this location was on Centennial and Garden of the Gods. If they aren't letting people eat inside, they can at least sweep and wipe down coffee bars, to-go stations, and counters. I decided to not finish my Tasty Turkey because it tasted off. Sure enough, it made me sick. The turkey tasted off and when I looked at it, the lettuce was old.
We ordered a baker's dozen bagel box through DoorDash and they ran out of the bagels we ordered, didn't call us to ask what we wanted to replace them with and wouldn't give us a refund because it was a DoorDash order. This was my first time eating at Einstein Bros. Bagels and I would not recommend it to anyone else after this experience. They offloaded their unwanted leftovers on me knowing that they wouldn't have to deal with any repercussions because it was a delivery. 1/3 of the bagels in the box are not what we ordered.
Food is good.BUT... why in the world is everyone still wearing masks and not allowing customers to dine inside? Have they forgotten 2020 is over and we have all moved on. The owner is really hurting his bottom dollar by not allowing people to dine inside. The whole point of these type of "restaurants" is to have people inside drinking coffee, being on their computers, reading books, etc. (This generates revenue and additional spending.)Try to focus on your customers and demographic. Doors should be open, music playing and to be welcoming.
The best place in the world! I love it! They work so hard, organized, tidy, clean, the food is amazing and the coffee too! It’s fast, I’ve never had to wait. And they are always smiling with great vibes! The menu is great and prices too!
Once again I am very very very impressed with the staff here. There were only three people there. One lady was running the drive-thru and making orders, the other lady, who was a manager, was all over the place making orders, taking orders, taking money handing out orders etc and there was a gentleman, I am assuming was the baker, who was out front making orders and then doing deliveries.I cannot tell you how slam they were yet they all had good attitudes. And at some point, the gentleman had to leave to make a delivery and there were only the two ladies left running the whole shebang. I had to wait a bit longer than normal but everyone that came in did not seem to mind waiting and understood that they were very short-staffed. That is just how good Einstein is and the staff at this location!
Good place to get your coffee and bagels, but still doesn't have indoor dining, they lost a lot of regular customers because of that when you can go to other places and get your coffee and indoor dining. They lost a lot of their regulars.
Really great system during the pandemic of service and order pickup. Ordered sandwiches, coffee, and sweet treats.
We were once frequent Starbucks customers (sorry Starbucks, you are great too!) but have absolutely fallen in love with the Einstein Hazelnut Vanilla Coffee, and their bagels. Also, the employees at this store are so incredibly kind and helpful - we frequent this store at least once a week (would go more often if my calorie budget would allow :) ). Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful! You've made my day more than once.
Usually great Farmhouse Bagels, this time it was barely warm.
Counter person was kind but they got 4 bagel orders out of four wrong. Put bacon on two vegetarian bagels.
