So I am mostly a patient person. But service from one individual ruined the whole experience… woman mid 30 with blue eyes shadow black hair manning the counter at 8am Monday 6June 2022.I don’t know weather she is hard of hearing or just assumes to much.First got order wrong Box not lox’sSecond assumed I had a EB account and ask for phone without stating why…Third just snarky, I know we all have bad days but just because you are having a bad day don’t intentionally make other peoples day difficult.Bottom line to management adjust employees attitude or you will continue to see a decline of patronage.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this Einstein's! They were incredibly understaffed and at some point the gentleman that was helping out front making orders had to leave to do deliveries and it was only two ladies left to run the entire store.
I don't think the crew working even realized i was in there. No greeting, barely any interaction when taking my order, didn't tell me my total, didn't offer me a receipt, and the entire time i was in there the crew was speaking as loudly as possible about some movie they had watched. No customer service, unprofessional, find another Bagel place.
I order a “big and bold” big breakfast burrito and this is the tiny child size burrito I got that was basically cheese with a tiny bit of egg. Complete rip off

I didn’t even eat it. Now this morning I went and ordered curbside. After waiting 15 mins, we decided to go in and it was waiting where pickup orders are. If you don’t do curbside, that’s fine. Just let it be known with a sign on the the door or something.

Man, I used to love this place… not only has the location gone down hill but Einstein all together just continues to devolve.The service is borderline unacceptable (so rude) and any menu changes they make never benefit the customer.I’m not sure I’ve ever unwrapped my food and went back to discuss as I was perplexed with what I received versus what I was expecting. I would have been happier to have unwrapped my order to find a giant middle finger peering back at me.Today I purchased “The Big Burrito” where the term “Big” is apparently only referencing the price ($6.99). I am not even kidding you, this tiny, cheap burrito can be purchased countless other places for a dollar or two… I sat there for a second certain there was a mistake…I was genuinely confused and when I spoke to the staff, was told “I know everyone’s upset. You should complain to corporate.”I scratched my head at not only their response but the experience as a whole…I know how bad a negative review can be and am not even sure I’ve left any others but Einstein has gone too far…The corporation should be ashamed of themselves for what they’ve allowed a once awesome place to become.What a bummer and at this point, out of principal, I won’t be back. This is probably the 5th visit in a row that was a disappointment.We know times are challenging… robbing and disrespecting your customers I’m not sure will be an effective strategy to improve things…Are you trying to fail?… I’m sad for you…
Horrible so annoyed by this place! Went in this morning and asked for a plain bagel with light butter and received a bagel with more butter on it than I’ve ever seen in my life to the point that it was inedible and I threw it in the trash. Like is that the normal amount of butter you put on a bagel? So gross. The hot chocolate tasted like chocolate water too. Never again what a waste of $6.
I’ve never really written a review before, but I’m so upset after ordering from this location today. I ordered curbside ahead on the app, checked in when I got there, and then waited about 20 minutes. I know they’re short staffed, so I was trying to be understanding. I just ordered 2 bagels and a coffee and was coming back from a hike with dog, so she was in the car with me too. I decided to call them and just make sure they knew I was here and the lady (I think her name was Alyssa) said it’d be right out. I was polite on the phone and trying to be patient but I was getting a little frustrated. After another 15 minutes or so I decided to call again and then again they said it’d be right out, which this time they did come out in the next minute or so. I opened up the bagel in my car because I was super hungry but then I saw there wasn’t any cream cheese that I ordered. I felt so bad but I called again to ask for a side of cream cheese and the lady was hesitant but said they could leave some on the counter. I told her I have my dog with me, and she’ll jump out of the car when I do so I can’t really come in. She said they’re short staffed and can’t bring it out, which I said I’m sorry but I can’t come in either unless I can bring my dog in for a second because she’ll jump out of the car when the door opens, but I can wait for them to get caught up on some orders before bringing it out. She hung up on me after that! I get it they’re short staffed and lots of businesses are struggling right now but I don’t think it’s right that I wait 45 minutes for curbside pickup, get the wrong order, and have the staff be pretty rude :( Normally Einstein’s is great but I would recommend a different location
