I find it very hard to continue to go to a place where you have to wait 25 minutes for a drink More than once. I understand that things are high volume, but it seems to baffle me that you have to wait 25 minutes for one drink. No place. Is that good to continue to wait that long. Not to mention everybody is messing around and not doing the job that they were hired to do. Seems like a bunch of clowns got hired. Oh and I forgot to add The drink wasn't even correct. No shocker there. You're spending $8 on a drink that comes out wrong!!

Wanted to try something different, but the person who took out order didn't have many recommendations ?There wasn't a menu board at this location until you get to the window which makes you want to change your mind, but you don't because you already placed it prior to getting to the window to pay...guess I'll be going back.
Let me start by apologizing, my last review was negative.. i thought id had my atm card taken... i found it, a customer had picked it up off thre ground and returned it to my bank. Im horrible!! And very sorry for the bad review i left. I absolutely love you all. Hope this makes it a lil better.
Love this place, love the people. Never had a bad experience- I do think the alley should be blocked off however, I’ve seen people get stuck and today worse. My partner & I saw a guy trying to cut in line using the alley, and when he didn’t get his way he spat on a ladies car. This place handled it very well and professionally, but for the sake of the baristas and future customers it would be cool to see something done with the alley.
It's kind of as if you walked into a movie scene with Napoleon Dynamite and The Hangover cast. These dudes are absolutely spectacular and their energy belongs in a script somewhere! All that good energy five star experience.

Adorable place. The women who were working were amazing but I didn't have a chance to catch their names. They both had blonde/light brown hair and we're on the smaller side. Great coffee as well!
This morning I went to order a white chocolate mocha, instead I was serve a dark chocolate ice drink, I explained the server that it was the wrong drink, he refused to give me the right drink, finally the manager ask me if I wanted a new drink, seriously. So left without my drink afyer had paid for it.
I go to multiple stores throughout the week and the consistency is awesome, drink tastes the same no matter what! Just one of the reasons we love Dutch Bros!
They always remember my custom drink, and they’re just so friendly! The line can get dangerous at times, but most days it’s manageable. White coffee is a game changer!!
