Fun customer service! Great coffee
As always, we received the Dutch Bros VIP service.This was our first time visiting this location. Service was excellent, and our drinks were delish. The wait was a little long because this appears to be a very popular location, but it was well worth the wait! Very happy we popped by.
I was having a really horrible morning and I actually broke down crying when one of the Dutch employees came over and asked how I was. He kneeled down and listened and encouraged me and let me just cry it out as my adrenaline was wearing off, and even offered to buy my drink. I wish I could remember his name, but he was an angel in that moment, and I hope he reads this! His sweetness and comfort was amazing and I so appreciate his heart. You helped my day become that much better ♥️ Thank you again
Employees would rather socialize and have a puppy show and tell instead of working. All the while I sit and wait for over 30 minutes to get a coffee. Once a got my coffee it was not what ordered; so I wasted 30 minutes and didn't get what I ordered.By far the worst service I have received by any dutch Bros location.
We were in Colorado on an emergency trip to visit my aunt in the ICU. We stopped at Dutch Bros on our way to the hospital. We were served by the kindest young man. He asked us what we were in town for and we shared about my aunt. Unbeknownst to us, he proceeded to pay for our order. That was a bigger blessing than he could know! We are so very grateful for the extremely kind and generous service we received! Blessings to the young man and your sweet business!
Always love coming to this one, everyone is always so nice and the drinks are always great. My bf and I go to this location all the time and everyone there is always so sweet; especially Richard. He always remembers my bfs drink every time we go (I always switch mine up though) and he’s always super kind and makes our experience there beyond amazing. Homie deserves a raise fr.
Super customer service which started in the drive through line. Whoever was working the line and the pickup window had excellent customer service. You get a 4.5 rating only because the coffee was a little on the weak side.
We LOVE Dutch Bros!! Super friendly, fast and tasty coffee and other beverages. Unfortunately we had our first negative experience this morning at the Platte & Galley location in Colorado Springs. I parked due to not being able to roll down my window (motor going out). Instead of the normal SUPER friendly greeting I was told immediately that it would several minutes until they could help me (I was the only one ordering and strangely lines were fairly short). Then I was told that my order would go to the back of the line. I asked explained why I couldn’t go through the drive through and asked if it was preferred that I go through the drive through. The young barista said it was her preference (to use the drive through vs. walk up). I went to the Circle & Palmer Park location and was greeted by amazing staff who let me know there was no preference. Won’t be using the Platte location anytime soon. Otherwise we love Dutch bros and their staff.
Good service, good coffee…BUT…SLOOOOOOOW LINES! They could get twice the clients if they’d keep up with iPads on the lots…ever since it got chillier they’ve stopped at Austin Bluffs in the morning….Average wait time is 20 minutes….that’s not good
I had a white chocolate mocha, blended, extra thick, with whipped cream, and it was delicious! ?
