The staff here are incredibly friendly and they have never messed my order. The coffee is delicious and the other drinks are tasty. Plus the selection gives you the chance to try something different every time. The line can get long but it does move fast. Best coffee in town in my opinion. The family, myself, and my friends will go here for beverages over anywhere else.
So good!! Only my second time ever having Dutch Bros and I must say, I far prefer it over Starbucks. My drink was bigger, tastier, and cheaper than my typically SBucks order, though the line was a bit slower due to their extreme popularity. The barista who took our order was so fun and sociable and gave us great advice on things to do in the area. She even wrote a sweet note on my lid! Wish we had these in Texas because of how wonderful the experience and drinks were.
If I could give a zero, I would. Absolute worst customer service ever!!! Apparently on the whim of whomever is working that day, you can merge, since there are 3 different entrances, or merging is unacceptable. Today merging is unacceptable and they refused to take our order or serve us unless we drove clear around the building to get into a specific line. There is no reasoning with them, it is whatever they choose that day.
My wife loves this place and I finally know what she wants!!Personnel are so friendly and walked me through ordering, I know nothing about coffee.Thank you wonderful staff!!
Love how they make you feel special every time you go through their line. They can get busy but they just move us along quickly. Great job guys!
Customer service at this location was great!!!! The staff seemed to be having 'fun'. The girls taking orders were laughing and having a good time out in the sun. The gentleman that gave us our drink was very energetic and friendly.
Man oh man is this store location the absolute best and shining example of customer service for real! I was leaving my abusive ex-boyfriend when he started chasing me in his truck, trying to prevent me from leaving. I didn't know where to go so I just pulled in to this Dutch Bro's location where I am a regular and the girls there had my back SO HARD! They not only helped me out with making sure he kept his distance, but also waiting past their shift just to make sure that I was gonna be OK & only left once the cops got there. That's just ONE EXAMPLE of the beautiful people that work there! OF COURSE, when I come to write a review I'm forgetting her name, but I have a special, I guess, favorite person who, once Dutch Bros canceled their cinnamon Brown sugar flavor, (which was a TERRIBLE idea by the way)She totally helped me find or figure out the current favorite drink of mine based off of what I like but that they no longer had. She's absolutely amazing! In fact, I haven't met somebody working at this location specifically who hasn't been short of PERFECT as far as what I would expect from a friend that works in a customer service position at a place I visit regularly!But really, this girl deserves a freaking raise, a medal, and probably a trophy!
The people are super nice and the drinks are great but man this location is so slow. Do not come here if you’re in a time crunch or going to work cause you will be late every time.

Aubri-anna was absolutely amazing and she honestly made the best drinks I've had from Dutch in awhile definitely could tell it was made with love on top of that her attitude was Amazing and Made My Night Better!!!!!!!!!
