Wellll I went in for my birthday email.. free drink! I didn't like the drink but that's hardly their fault. They did have only donut holes left and they were pretty good. I asked if they had dairy free donuts and she said they are all dairy free.. um they are not.. i googled it ? just to be sure. In all fairness she could be new? Super nice girl though.

I have gone to the store on Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs. Numerous times they did not have glazed donuts or the munchkins. This was around 8:30 am. They must not be ordering enough since they don’t make them there. They said it!s the most popular. Then they should order more. They run out way too early.I stopped going. Not worth the calories.

We bought donuts at 10am and they were not fresh. Had large order and was not given any napkins, sacks, or drink carriers. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon. Should have payed more attention to other higher rated doughnut shops close by.

This place has good donuts but if u dont go early they run out of selection fast. And they dont replace the kinds that are gone. So if u go late there isn't much to choose from. And the donuts might not be very fresh later either cause they are always kinda hard later on too.

The hash browns have been consistently repellent for over a year. Each time I return I’m hoping someone cleaned the oven so the burn after taste is gone. No such luck. Now they’re reheating cooked (& burned) hash browns & calling that “made fresh”. I was even told by the “manager” that she watched them make it fresh & it's on camera. What a ridiculous response. And REALLY?? Okay, so why are they hard as quarters?? It felt like I broke a tooth biting down on the hash brown. And instead of receiving an apology from the “manager” I get defensive, argumentative back talk. Completely unacceptable & irritating. Can I have my $1.19 so I can go? 3 minutes later the “manager” is still arguing & takes the hash browns back. I said, your problem is you don’t know how to talk to customers because you still haven’t apologized for the situation. Still no apology. That upset me even more. And then had the NERVE to call me nasty. That comment took me to irate levels. I said, you still didn’t apologize but thank you & have a nice day as I took my dollar & drove off. No Customer service skills. No de escalation techniques. Just rude and unprofessional over $1.19 because the “manager” could not take ownership of giving out a poor product. Unbelievable!! Good help IS hard to find. Don’t order the hash browns.

I came to this store the other day and watched a clearly entitled and belligerent woman argue and yell at the manager over hashbrowns.. which are like 1 dollar. Grow up lady. And I went on here to see if she left a review and low and behold she did. And a nasty one at that. I’m sure those employees get treated like that daily and it’s not okay. We are all human, there’s no need to be nasty to people just trying to do their jobs. (Here’s a helpful little hint for that rude woman, try asking nicely next time and you’ll get the service you’re looking for. And remember the customer is not always right! Especially not with that attitude)

Horrible selection of donuts every time I’ve gone and messed up coffee, went today and they were out of a lot by 9:45am.

We ordered about 5 drinks and two of them were incorrect. After politely asking for them to be remedied everything was fixed in a prompt manner and they were very quick about it. So their orders may not always be perfect but amazing service.

The drive thru employees were so lovely! Very communicative about training new employees and kept thanking me for my patience. It was not a worry as they got my order overall correct. It was a difficult one and they definitely tried hard. I like this location and will absolutely go back!

The amount of times I witness the abuse of staff by some customers is appalling. A horrible old man and either his daughter or possible child bride in the passenger seat berating employees about his kid or grandkid in the back seat. It’s sad other people try to impose their beliefs upon others and talk down to them when they don’t agree. This man held up the line and ruined not only the workers’ day, but mine. Some people should keep their opinions to themselves. I’ve always been nice, kept to my own business, and I’ve had no problem with them. They’re actually very nice and I see familiar faces every day. If they’re mean to you, you probably started it. I hate that they discontinued the hazelnut, but I hate annoying, self-centered other customers even more. Some people just want to hear themselves talk instead of going somewhere else if they don’t like it. Or they want free things. I hope my morning is better tomorrow. Thank you, DD.
