This is honestly the most average Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The workers are super polite, and the coffee is surprisingly pretty consistent, but the food is a bit lacking. The donuts are never quite frosted right and the sprinkles are always lacking. The hot food is always hot though, and they do have some mean hash browns. Overall, just your average chain donut shop
Good. But pretty sure they made the sandwiches fresh so it took an extra 10 minutes to get our order. Is that a negative? Just be prepared. Likely can’t ‘grab and go’ on the way to work. Friendly staff.
So we had a very terrible experience yesterday. It was my birthday and I absolutely loves the powdered jelly donuts. We arrived around 11 AM And came into the store To see that they only had 2 small racks of of glaze donuts only left. When we ask them when they would have more jelly doughnut available they told us it wouldn't be till the following day. Dunkin' donutsHas the word donut in the title. We both found it very off putting that that a Donut shop that's open until 6 PMWas completely out of donuts. That makes absolutely no sense to me. It's always out of our way to stop by Duncan. So after driving out of our way specifically on my birthdayJust to show up and walk away with nothingLeft us more than upset. How can a donut shop not have donuts only halfway through the day? When my mom and I try to get to the bottom of it, The employees just looked at us and talked to us like weWe're out of line for expecting donuts at a donut shop. There was 3 or 4 employees on staff with one of them doing something and the other 2 are 3 standing around. I just found the situation to be completely off putting. It pains me to say this but I don't think I'll be returning to Dunkin' donuts again. I would like someone from upper management or corporate to contact meBecause I would like to Get some answers. This is the 3rd time that this has happened to us. I have Refrained from leaving leaving a letter up until this point but but after multiple multiple timesOf having the same horrible experience I feel like it's now time for something to be done.
I have never been happy with this dunkin. I just went there and ordered a drink, donut, and bagel. They told me to pull up to the front and they’d bring out my bagel. 30 minutes go by and I still haven’t gotten the bagel. They proceeded to give customers behind me food as well. So finally after 35 MINUTES, I go in. They just now start making my bagel after I complained, they forgot about it! No one should have to wait in a drive thru for a bagel for 35 minutes. They also gave me the wrong donut lol
This is the only Dunkin that I go to that is constantly out of everything. In my past experience if a restaurant is out of something they accommodate or at least try to offer something else but this location has the most horrible customer service. NOAH was zero help!!! You’ll have a better chance at getting what you want plus better service at the Dublin location.
First time at this location. 5/8/2022 9:54 AM Walk in service was slow, employees were not balancing order delivery between walk-in and drive up. Concentration on Drive-up first.Dining room needs lots of attention. Spilled coffee left on floor was drying up. Powdered sugar on floor and tables. Couldn't find a table that was clean enough to sit at. Food was good,
Emily was my barista today, and she did a LOVELY job at making my (somewhat) complicated coffee order. Tasted absolutely delicious, will definitely be coming back!
They consistently water down the cold brew as a cost saving measure. You'll end up with a cup of ice water that tastes as if someone whispered "dirty dish water" to it as they handed it to you.Franchise owner needs to be removed.
Dunkin’ Donuts is literally the worst place to go for coffee. If they make your drink correctly, it’s outstanding, but nine times out of 10 you’re going to get the wrong drink or you’re going to get a drink made poorly, by a worker that really doesn’t care about their job. We repeatedly get drinks that don’t taste right we never go consistently and get a drink that is the same that we ordered the day before, but we continue to go and give them a chance after chance. Today I went to the location on Austin Bluffs I ordered through the Mobile app I ordered 10 munchkins and a small caramel craze iced latte and a medium caramel crazed iced latte made with oat milk. When I get there the order is not ready, they say that they don’t have any old milk can they use almond milk instead, I say OK that’s fine. I get up to the window she handed me the caramel craze iced latte, it has no whip cream or the caramel on top. She then handed me the almond milk iced latte which does have whip cream and the caramel on top. I asked her if she can add whip cream to my caramel craze since that’s how it’s supposed to be served and she looked at me weird like I ordered it wrong and then goes and does it. And then after she brings a drink she says thank you goodbye without giving me my munchkins. I let her know hey I had an order of munchkins she goes and makes those. While she’s getting those I’m looking at the almond milk drink and it’s completely white. It’s just milk it’s all milk no caramel no coffee. I had already pulled off and on my way to work so I call back to the store and speak to the lady that made the drinks. She tells me the ingredients and tells me they should be make correctly blah blah blah but there’s no way there’s espresso in my drink when it’s 100% white. So she tells me she can take my name down and I can come back for a free drink another time but I need to hold on for a second so she can do her drive-through orders, I waited for five minutes and she never came back to the phone so I hung up and now I’m going to start my Saturday by drinking a glass of almond milk with with it. Have a great weekend lovers. Cu the world‘s on.
Every time we order DD through Uber Eats, the donuts seem to be like they are day old donuts. They are always stale! Half the time when you go IN to pick up donuts for work they are out of half of what they are supposed to have. Years ago DD was GOOD quality and they used to bake the donuts ON SITE. I'm told they are ALL baked at a factory now just like Krispy Kreme donuts are and brought to COS on a truck.UBER EATS did give us a refund though. THIS was NOT the delivery drivers fault. It is because DD just doesn't care about the quality of their food anymore. They never used to be like this. Half the time they're out of everything anyway. Not worth it. There is a reason WHY we don't order from DD anymore.
