OK BBQ, not great. The food was cold too, not sure why. Friendly employees with good service though.

First time ever ordering from Dickey's and I'm extremely disappointed. Fast food employees tend to think customers are always angry, but there are times when the disappointment is understandable. It's disappointing when you wait for food and pay an exorbitant amount for a cold, stale, and poorly served meal. If my quality of food is good, the order is right, and service is good, I would think that it's worth the wait and worth the price.I payed way too much money at Dickey's for old tasting food, portions are extremely small, and my order wasn't right. I could have gotten a cheaper and better meal at McDonald's. Needless to say, first and last time at Dickey's

During the past few months my family has ordered Dickey’s through delivery several times. They never get it right, but I finally called today with a missing item and side. I was told it is Dickey’s policy to not issue refunds. I was told I would have to go into the location to get a coupon. Not a refund, but a coupon. First, if I wanted to drive over there I would not have paid $30 in delivery. Second, why do I need to be inconvenienced when the store cannot get orders right. Keep in mind I have had multiple orders that were missing items or wrong. Today was my first call. Do not buy from this establishment. They cannot even take responsibility for their errors. Not even an apology. Just apologized for the policy. So dear Dickey’s management, this is NOT how you keep customers. You lost this one.

I have had Dickys BBQ a few times. It's never been my favorite BBQ, but it's good enough and I don't have any complaints about the food and have always gotten good service. However, this evening I placed an online order for curbside pickup and was left waiting for my food with no update on the status. So I sent my husband in to find out it had been just sitting on the counter.. this was supposed to be brought out to the car, right? And the tracker never made it to "Ready to be delivered". Anyway, we get it to the car and check our order only to find TINY proportions of meat for a $17 3 meat plate. It was barely more than my kids' meals! So not only did we wait too long to have our food get cold on the counter, it was also just a snack.. We will not be returning when there are better BBQ places to be enjoyed! If you order from there, make sure you are on top of your order so you don't have to eat it cold!

Spent almost 70 dollars here. I ordered it togo, when I got home everything except the okra was cold.The cheese was not even melted on my sandwiches. Baked potato had unmelted cheese and was barely warm.My sister got the Buffalo chicken stack and a couple pieces were still pink in the middle.The 2 Cuban sandwiches were not warm at all. Bread was even cold and like I said the cheese was not melted. Keep in mind I live a mile and a half away. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to my house. The food did not sit long at all.I went back to try and get my money back and I was told unless she(the manager) sees something she will not do anything for me.She was very rude and refused to even look up the transaction, Because she was "busy".she wanted my name and number so she could call me back.She also did not wear a name tag. For being a manager, she is extremely unprofessional. She had an attitude with me and was very confrontational. There was no hospitality or apology, She was not accommodating in any sense of the manner. The customer is always right. I proceeded to look through the trash for my receipt just behind the counter, and was told I could not do that. She made no effort to be helpful or allow me to look through it to find it. Being I paid in cash and actually gave them a tip, they could not just look up my card info. I was also told by her, as manager, she did not have to give me her name. All I wanted to do was get a refund for subpar food. She is now ignoring me.I have been in the food industry for 15 years,am a head chef and GM of a restaurant. if I ever had a "manager" or anyone else act that way, they would fired on the spot. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning again. I recommend that no one eat here, as amazing as all the food sounds, you would have better luck going to subway or just making it yourself.*the manager threatened to call the owner on me, as to intimidate me. I told her, please do. She then disappeared again. after sitting there for 50 minutes, one of the employees came and talked to us (my sister and I). She was extremely sweet and had great customer service. Her name was Katie. 2 thumbs up to you Katie! Maybe you should be manager!All in all, I will not be returning. I am happy to have finally gotten a refund.I do hope to hear from the owner. I was very impressed with Katie. It was like night and day with service between the her and the nameless "manager".

This is why great service and even better food is a must and bad reviews for the contrary cost you business. I ate here when it first opened with a family member and remember it being okay but expensive for the just okay food. The corn seemed nuked and the meat was tough.Today I almost gave it another chance, thinking maybe the wings would be good. Wah, wah, wah. Waiting for them to open I read the review about the wings. I put my car in gear and went on down the road. Thousands of folks have probably done the same. Raw chicken? No thank you.

I ate here when it first opened with a family member and remember it being okay but expensive for the just okay food. The corn seemed nuked and the meat was tough.Today I almost gave it another chance, thinking maybe the wings would be good. Wah, wah, wah. Waiting for them to open I read the review about the wings. The meats I recommend are the ribs and kielbasa sausage; I wasn’t very impressed with the brisket or burnt ends. The cabbage slaw, beans and macaroni and cheese were good sides. Overall, this is not award-winning barbecue but it will definitely fill your barbecue fix if that’s what you’re craving. The staff at this location were exceptional, they were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely eat at this Dickey’s again, I will only order the ribs and sausage, and the cabbage slaw, beans and macaroni and cheese sides.
