Went to buy some barbecue sauce at dickies on July 4. Three people in front of me. I thought let me go around and I can just buy some sauce real quick since I’m not getting food. No the manager pointed to the line and said I had to wait in line. Since your barbecue sauce is not that great I didn’t wait in line. Loss of sale and future business.

Picked up 2 lbs of pulled pork on Saturday for the 4th of July on Monday. What a waste of money almost 50 bucks. Pork was cut up into big pieces not a big deal but over half of it was fat and skin not the normal. Was not tender either had to put it in the crockpot. Family did not enjoy at all!
Run! Terrible. Open a can of regular pork beans, same taste. Potatoes are plain, tasteless & watered down. 2x2 laughable biscuit. Worse - dried up brisket. Add insult to injury = $20 bucks! Totally disappointing. Will not return. Oh, rude server, too.Bleh!
Well now I understand why they only have 3.9 stars, my food was cold, I was missing the add-ons that they charged me for and when I called to let them know that all their food was cold the manager told me that it was cold because we live at a high altitude and it is cold outside. I live about 15 min away, the bbq sauce that I put in a dish myself was still warm when I got home so you can't tell me that the food shouldn't have been warm. For over $36 I should get a warm meal or at least be compensated for the bad meal.
I don't leave reviews but this time I took time out of my day to leave one. Worst BBQ I ever had, ribs were dry and old, chicken wings no flavor and dry as well.
I don't want to paint the picture I'm about to paint but I've had enough really. Every time I go to this location the fountain drinks taste like they have chemicals in them. One of the younger employees argued with me about the deal of the day stating that the sign that has been on the wall for at least a year now is wrong and the deals have changed even after his manager told me the sign was correct, and this same employee as well as another constantly and now I believe intentionally don't give me silverware...This location is one of the worst I have ever been to. So I posted this and got a email telling me to contact them so they can help me resolve these issues so I email them and my email address has been blocked before I ever got to send them a email....what a joke. This is what's wrong with the world today.
Ordered wings from their ghost wing shop Wing Boss. The wings were just ok and did not have a lot of seasoning. None of the wing boxes were labeled with the flavor of the wings so that began the guessing game. Not a big deal, but it would make things easier if they were labled. They were out of carrots and didn't even mention it when my son picked up the order, but did send us celery in the picture below. I really can't believe they sent out celery that looked like they were picked out of a garbage can. Needless to say, we won't be buying from this place again based on this experience. Quality Control needs to improve to ensure the best products are delivered to the customers.Update on 19 Feb 22: Emailed the address as requested by the owner, and no reply.
I thought the food was great, the dining room clean...it was relatively quiet and I would probably be back. This was the first time, so it is always hard to judge an experience the first time. I love the ice cream.
The staff are nice . Nothing but kids working here so should have known! The kids are super nice that work here but, the food is just bad! The meat was super dry! Tasted old , the restaurant was filthy as you can tell by the napkin holder! I mean this thing has never seen a wipe down !! I’m afraid to see what the kitchen looks like!! There’s food in the chairs where they haven’t been wiped down, just a nasty place!! I don’t see how they pass health department regulations. Like I said nice staff! They just need direction they are all super young so they probably need someone a little older to guide them.
We had a combo plate, with pulled pork, brisket, potato casserole, and creamed spinach. It was all absolutely delicious! Their BBQ sauces...sweet, original, and spicy, were EXCELLENT as well! GREAT pit BBQ place!
