Was super disappointed with my ribs and “brisket”. Ribs and brisket were cold when I was handed my food. The brisket I was given looked like it was scrap brisket that was thrown in a box super super dry, cold, and crunchy. Ribs were good just disappointed that I watched them cut it up and it was cold when given to me.

Great food, and the staff was really friendly. The sweet tea isn't southern sweet, but this isn't the south either, so it was ok. Overall a great time!
Been to Dickeys 5 or 6 times, 3 of which at this location in my neighborhood. The problem isn’t the taste, it’s the child sized portions they give you for full size prices. Take their sandwich for example, it takes to to curb my hunger and I’m not that big nor have a big appetite. Anything I’ve ever ordered here seems like it costs 2x the price it should cost. That’s probably why it’s always so dead in there. 2 stars because the food taste good, and it’s not the staffs fault they have to follow corporate commands (small portions/ high cost).
Below is what I got plus two drinks for 31$!!!! We walked in an had to step over mop bucket in middle of walk way. They already had the lobby 85% closed up an hour before close. To no ice in soda machine to out of the bakers and jalapeño sausage. I ordered the cue creations brisket mac stack and got fatty pieces of brisket on top of Mac that looks like it's been out all day. We orders sweet teas just for them to have already taken down the machine for the night. Super disappointed.
We enjoy the baked potatoes and brisket here... Who doesn't love free ice cream!! Yes, this is a quick fast food spot but we enjoy the urban country deco, the fellas are always friendly and the food has always tasted fresh. If you do not want to stand in line at RUDY'S , COME TO DICKEY'S!!! You want be disappointed and their portions are gracious :)
Ridiculous! We pulled up at 740pm and they were mopping the floor, have the ice cream machine turned off, the soda machine turned off, and when I asked about it, they said "IDK". ?If I wasn't hungry I would sit here and milk the teeny tiny portion of the pork out platter until 9pm, but apparently I have to go somewhere else to eat because my boyfriend and I always share this meal and there was barely enough meat on here for one person.The cashier, and I assume the manager, were too busy entertaining their friends, making something fried for them, whispering to them, laughing and joking with them. But hey, they had plenty of time to since they essentially closed the restaurant over an hour before closing time. I feel bad for the multitude of customers that came in while we were eating because we weren't the only ones who had to go without.One of their friends talked about how they only had two hours left. ? I have to assume that means they were going to sit around and steal time because the restaurant was closed. Ice cream machine was down, floor was mopped, most of the tables closed off, soda machine wasn't working, no ice... What exactly was going to take them two more hours?? Dishes? Maybe instead of entertaining their friends, they could be washing them. ?If we ever come back to this Dickeys, of we see these 3 clowns working, we will take our money elsewhere.
Love the food but if they keep screwing up my order and over charging me for the freaking privilege, I'm going elsewhere for my bbq.
Slow in taking order as I was the only one in line as well as chicken was dry and only gave a small cup of sauce that was half full definitely better bbq out there
Guy at the counter seem really irritated to help me. I told him I had to order pick up for Shannon and he said are you sure you're at the right store? I said is this Dickies? He said yeah and then he's like oh I just got the order even though it was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago. This restaurant always treats delivery drivers like trash don't bother.
Well the expectation was high as we have eaten here before.Ordered quite a bit of food for a family of 6..My husband went and picked up our order. Got home smelt good. But then opened the boxes and we were missing burnt ends 2 orders of them, 2 orders of chopped brisket and got just a bunch of fat for ribs.As we were eating the sides. We bit into a fry and it was frozen. Just absolutely disappointed with the enitre meal. Now to find something else to eat since this was a non edible meal.I will add Bella who was the one who took my call about the order. Handled herself very well. Great customer service from her.
