This is by far the worst location. Got to check your order or you will be missing things. Meat not hot or the freshest many of times much less light portion on everything compared to other locations same with the sides best side to get if fries or fried okra cause they have to make it fresh and comes proportioned so they can't skimp. Do yourself a favor and go to Rudy's or right down the road to Bird dog bbq
This is my third time getting poor quality food from this location. Any other location in the springs has gave me fresh or atleast eatable food compared to this one . Twice on door dash they forgot items or just didn't care to give all my food this time I picked up after work, the manager or shift lead was eating and whipping off his face at the counter no hands washed before getting back to work or using a cash register food handlers use . When I finally got home(5min drive) my ribs were so over cooked they were leather and my Mac& cheese was obviously older than what is allowed to be served. Service was nice though and the 2 ladies had a good attitude as usual at Dickies. I suggest new leadership at this location or for them to take pride in their job as it is a great place everywhere else in the springs!!!
Brisket was very dry. Chicken and turkey had a lunch meat taste and consistency. Very bland. Very expensive.
It's good. Warm sauces are a bonus.Seems the Dickeys in the South are much better. Not sure what's going on there.
I had a great experience today. There was a patron who was maybe a little "off" in the store and the gentlemen working were awesome. They managed the situation really well and we're accommodating to me as they were out of what I wanted. I wish I would have caught their names two young guys a black guy and a white guy. I hope the manager can see this and know who was working because seriously, they were on point. Thanks guys you made my day! ❤️
Worst experience out of many tonight usually the barbecue is OK tonight I order 3 Western sandwiches I get home it's nothing but old stale dried up meat very little meat on the sandwich mostly big chunks of fat very unedible the bread was dried out the little girl that worked there she needs to get the hair out of her face and talk normal she thinks she's from California The brother behind the grill needs to get another job because if he serves food like this. I bet he wouldn't even eat it himself it was horrible I will never go back in there ever again. Rudy's b.b.q. is so much better.
Not satisfied. Super skimpy on the portion, I ordered the brisket Frito pie. Paid almost $15 and barely got any food. Looked nothing like the picture of what I ordered.
Love love love the ribs, the turkey plate,and the BBQ sauces! Mmm mmm good! The service was awesome we had a great time!
We ordered this week $85 worth of food through the pick up application. When we arrived at home there were $26 of food missing. I called and they said they could mail us a couple of $2 off coupons. Not very professional and very disappointing.
