Do not eat here. They served our kids raw chicken and kept putting us on hold when we called. They were not willing to help us out

We had family in town and ordered the XL Family Pack. I placed the order around 4:00, with a curbside pickup time at 5:45. When my husband got to the restaurant and called in for the curbside service, he was told "we're too busy - you're just going to need to come in and get it". We sat down to eat right away (we live approximately 7 minutes away) and ALL the food was cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. My guess is the order was made when I placed it online and then sat there for an hour and a half. It was very disappointing. We use Dickey's for our company functions and have never had a problem (although it's a different location). I definitely regret putting a 20% tip on the online order.

Food is good but holy cow they need to invest in some better sauce containers. They have signs with little “tricks” on how to get the lids on but it’s a huge mess. Just get the ones that cost 3/10ths of a penny instead of 1/10th.

We were having a family gathering and ordered our food from Dickey’s. The pulled pork was excellent as were the sides, beans, cole slaw and Mac and cheese. The service was excellent and ready for us when we picked it up. The staff was very accommodating.

Food was ok, cleanliness not ok. Floor was dirty and greasy, trash under tables, trash receptacle gross. We were the only two people in the place, four employees working. My husband emptied the sweet tea, when the employee made more it got spilled on the floor, mopped floor, then left it wet on top of greasy texture. Would not go back to this location, left feeling gross.

*DON’T COME HERE* Took my family here during a family outing, spent $65, and had such a disappointing experience. Our meat was “cold” not even room temp. We found a big piece of plastic in our brisket as well. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months if not longer. I’m really hoping me and my kids don’t get sick from the food we just ate. Such poor standards and I’m betting management is just as poor.

Sandwiches come plain. All ingredients are on the side (even the sauce) and your have to put it on yourself. The meat comes cold so you have to warm it up yourself aswell. (Atleast I think it does, I arrived 4 minutes after the pick up time and it was cool to touch when I got home 6 minutes later) I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, I had to mix the meat up with the sauce in a bowl and heat it up, roast the bread then put all the ingredients on.

since they deleted my review the 1st time ill gladly take the time to do it over again. cant make it zero stars sadly. I went to this dickies 1st time 12/23/21 for my boyfriends birthday dinner for pickup/ take out. it was the worst food i ever had. it was inedible, hard as shoe leather and cold when i arrived to pick it up 10 minutes early. even the stuck up lady making it wouldn't have eaten it.all of it was trashed. employees not caring how they taint their consumers. god only knows if they're following covid protocols. Place seriously needs to not settle for bottom barrel management . owners not rectifying anything with me, no message, no response, just deleted my review that was too honest for this business clearly. I ordered chicken and ribs don't know what this dead road kill is suppose to resemble but its not human food. wont ever go to another dickies. ill gladly choose the dude on a bike behind walgreens on south academy for BBQ over this. thought companies like this were suppose to be professional? way to over priced for so many fails and not a single person from this company to respond. pathetic

I've been a customer at this restaurant for a few years. I enjoy the food and feel that they've always been friendly. Up until today they had been practicing social distancing by making some tables off limits and the staff were usually wearing masks, which I appreciated. But today not only were they not wearing masks or social distancing the two guys running the store had really long unkempt hair even hanging down in front of them as they served food. I was completely grossed out. If you're working with food you should at least have to wear your hair back!

Ordered the 3 meat plate with jalapeño cheddar kielbasa, sliced beef brisket and pork ribs, the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and pork ribs, 2 giant bakers and 2 pulled pork sandwiches (because they were BOGO) for delivery. Cost was $74.99 before fees, delivery and driver tip.All of the food tasted good, was prepared well and seemed fresh. That was the good part of the meal. The 3 meat plate was ordered with "pork ribs" ... ribs ... plural! There was one single rib on the plate. The 2 meat plate only had 2 ribs. The kielbasa was very flavorful, but again, a very small portion for the price. The pulled pork and the sliced brisket were good. Nothing overly special or detrimental.. The skimping of portions did not go unnoticed on these entrees either. We added two giant bakers with pulled pork to try. We thought we were getting blue ribbon Idaho baked potatoes, the big ones, but instead, I believe it was the baked potato casserole formed in the shape of a potato with added toppings. Not to say it wasn't tasty, but it definitely wasn't worth the price. We also added two pulled pork sandwiches for lunch the next day since they were on special through the delivery app. Nothing special. Tasty enough. Price was reasonable with the BOGO special.Overall: Food is extremely costly for the portion you receive. Very disappointed with the portions. Food seemed fresh all around, and taste was good. 3 stars because of cost and portions.
