Had a great meal with giant biscuits and huge portions. The menu is huge and every variety of biscuit sandwich is available. I had the Sausage, egg cheese and it was fantastic. Highly recommend it. Parking was easy on south side of building.

Thank you Elijah and Marshall for a great experience today at the Colorado Springs location! The food was excellent, service was timely yet casual, and the atmosphere was perfect. We were seated right away at 11am and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We are visiting from Texas and highly recommend this location!

This place was amazing. Food was delicious and our waitress was super friendly. So glad we saw this place on the food network and worked it into our trip . Will definitely try to make it back to this lil gem . Bicuit French toast was AMAZING

Interesting atmosphere- nice variety in seating options. Music was going back and forth between being way too loud and too quiet.Food was okay- the portions were smaller than expected for the price, and the cinnamon roll was over $12, one of the more expensive rolls I’ve seen in the Springs. The sausage smelled heavily like onions but was well portioned for the small size of biscuit.Service could have been a lot better-We initially waited about five minutes before the hostess showed up to her stand. Then we waited another while once seated to have our order taken. When finished eating, we waited about 15 minutes before standing up to find to go boxes ourselves after multiple attempts to flag down any employee. At this point, an employee finally noticed that we had been waiting for a long time and was able to get us our receipt.

We had a difficult time finding the restaurant. My iPhone Maps led me to an alleyway behind the building. We circled the block a couple of times and never saw a sign. We finally just parked and walked toward where it was supposed to be. We were able to find a local person that told us it was on the corner of the street in a building that housed 3 different restaurants. We had seen the sign for Sully’s pizza, which ended up being the shared restaurant of the Denver Biscuit Company. On to the food…Let me start off by saying this biscuit was HUGE! The biscuit itself had amazing flavor. I personally didn’t care for the sausage gravy. It didn’t have a bad taste, it was just different to the white gravy with black pepper seasoning I’m used to from the South. The gravy had a hint of sweetness which made me think the sausage in it was likely a sage flavored sausage. I’m not sure I would have finished eating this if it hadn’t been for the fried egg I ordered extra added to it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very comfortable with a modern vibe. The hostess and the waitress I had were super friendly and very helpful. Although I wasn’t a fan of the gravy, I would definitely give it another shot simply because the biscuit was so good.

Ate breakfast for the first time and it was delicious. The staff was so friendly and very attentive. We didn't wait very long for the food. I had the biscuits and gravy while my mom had the cinnamon roll and both were large and tasted good. I could have done with less of the icing for the cinnamon roll but my mom liked it.

We love DBC! Their biscuits are delicious and we love their vegetarian mushroom gravy. We love their delivery service as well- always on time and our order is always correct. Our regular, standing order is: Biscuits and gravy with mushroom gravy and perfectly seasoned Sully’s fries. (Not only are they waffle fries, but they really are perfectly seasoned.) Oh, and always a side of more gravy because…gravy.I also appreciate that they don’t package their carryout in Styrofoam.

Favorite dish is mushroom gravy on biscuits! Order a biscuit cinnamon roll when you order for taking home, they run out of them all the time! Two slices of pizza that have the perfect NY fold are plenty. On weekends or busy times there might be a bit of a wait, because this whole block is a fun, wonderful, updated eating and have a drink location.

Ate here one Saturday morning. If you like biscuits, then this is your place. I'm not a huge fan so the very basic element of all of their entrees was not particularly desirable. A party of five, we all ordered different items. The fries with gravy was OK, but the person who ordered this only ate about 10 bites. The shrimp with grits was more like a pasty blob smothered in a spicy sauce with about 10 small shrimp. The bacon was pretty good. The coffee...well disappointing is about as kind as I can be. As a recent reviewer said, "Nothing special....pass on the coffee". No one was wearing masks as was true all over Colorado Springs. Over 1,000 people still dying every day of COVID in the USA, but they act like nothing is going on. Spent over $100 for five breakfasts and coffee. Yikes!!

The atmosphere here is industrial and I really liked the setting downtown. Parking is metered and you may have to walk a little bit to get here. This is a larger place than it looks from outside and has 2 levels. The views from upstairs was nice and they had outdoor patio dining too, but the weather was a little too cool and breezy for that today. They offer several biscuit sandwiches most of which feature chicken. There was one biscuit with sausage, egg, and maple syrup and another offered bacon, but most of the selections were chicken and biscuits. They did have biscuit and sausage gravy on the menu. There were vegan options as well and mushroom gravy was available. The coffee was self serve but not a very tasty brand. The only additions were oatmilk or half and half. No other flavors of creamer or heavy cream. The food came out very quickly and it was all okay, but nothing special. The sausage had a nice flavor. The biscuit was tasty and was fine. Everything was okay, but not wow. We probably won't return, but we enjoyed trying a new place.
