My brother has literally been raving for the last hour about how great the employees were today. He said the food was hot and fresh and the associates went above and beyond with their customer service skills. Dave the owner of cap'n rooter said would give 10 stars if he could, and he is grateful for his experience today. Keep up the good work!

I went to the spot directly outside Petersen SFB to meet a friend I haven’t seen in almost 15 years. I am from Texas so when I saw the menu, I was a little overwhelmed because I was expecting the same menu. The cashier was new and in training. The place was PACKED so that immediately told me I was in the right spot. ? The food was fresh and they asked if I wanted my ice cream later. My only complaint is-don’t shred your lettuce to put in the burgers. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. When I asked for a LARGE dipped cone, I got it TEXAS SIZED. Some places don’t make them correctly-even in Texas. For the food quality and service, it was definitely money well spent.
We came for take out on Memorial Day at lunch time.... Craziness, lol! ?Even with the super busy crowd, the atmosphere was great and family friendly. Cat Stevens was piped through the sound system!!! Katie kept her cool and had a constant smile with the non-ending line of customers ? Great job Katie! ??Oh yeah, our order was perfect and tasted great!
Amazing staff and wonderful customer service! Unfortunately, due to shortages they did not have chocolate ice cream, but the staff went above and beyond to try to get me as close to what I wanted as possible. I was so happy and blown away at how helpful they were. Loved my order and will definitely go back to this DQ!
This is the 3rd time. The vanilla dip cone is getting smaller and smaller each time $3.41 barely a scoop of ice cream. Never coming back unless this is fixed, such dissatisfied ( let’s see if this location cares
Lexie and her team are the best and most professional people I’ve ever seen running a Dairy Queen or any establishment these days. Lexi is very kind, always putting me first and happy to help… is she single?! Highly recommend.

After calling to ensure we would get pup cups with our the manager said they do not do that but this time only she said she would leave a note. After leaving a note they still did not give us the pup cups. I will not go back due to inconsiderate behavior. Yes we would of paid for them.
Called for a custom cake for my son's 4th birthday. They were busy, no big deal, I'll call back later. THEY called ME when they calmed, to my surprise. Working with heavy equipment lately, my son has been interested in excavators, and his favorite color is green. For a great price, we received the coolest cake and most delicious Ice cream cake I've had, and it looked Incredible. The dirt fell off while serving in a delightful manner. Will order again. Bravo!
Hands down the best dairy queen around!!! Lexi is the best and she goes above and beyond for her customers. The food is always great and fresh. The ice cream is perfection.
