Dairy Queen staff is always very friendly and professional. We had Marley wait on us and she was very professional. Good place to go. Eat quick food. Good dessert.
The fries were cold and hamburger was warm cheese on the hamburger was not even melted. By far the worst experience I had at dairy queen. Probably won't go back for food.
I was so Hangry when I came so I was expecting the worse. Then I got the best chicken I ever had with fresh fries and the chef brought me my food to my table. It was spotless clean and cool in there also. Around 3 clock too so it was busy.
If you're going to charge me $6 for a Medium Blizzard (looks like a Small), at least fill it up to the top, and then some! Geez why you so stingy? ?I went inside because the line for the drive thru was around the building and out into the street. Two registers, no clerks... I only have one item! You people who are alone, and place large complicated orders, abuse the drive thru! Go inside so you don't cause long wait times!
Waited in line for 20 minutes. Then waited for our food for 10 minutes in the front. And they got our order wrong. Wrong stuff on burger and it was on the receipt.Wasted money.
I absolutely loved the friendly and polite guy at the register named Jerrad. He cracked jokes and was very friendly. I highly recommend this DQ. The food was also very good. Jerrad needs a raise.
Currently in the drive thru 30 minutes before closing. Tried to go inside but found that the doors were locked… 40 minutes before they closed. The lights were still on in the lobby and someone was at the front counter as well as someone eating ice cream a bunch in the lobby. If they r closed for the lobby then fine but turn off the lobby lights so as to not confuse people. Also, if the lobby was suppose to be open then I don’t who works there but they shouldn’t be allowed to lock the doors before they close.
Never been happy with this location. Closes early or closes grills to early. My most recent visit I never got acknowledged neither did the people in front of behind me. They all walked out. Communication is key just a hi be right there. The guy was making alot of blizzards so get that but if you say something then everyone would be more understanding.
Went through the drive through 20 minutes before close, the kitchen was already closed and when we got our ice cream, none of it was actually frozen. My husband's blizzard spilled all over when they tipped it, but they just said they wouldn't do anything about it. Plus, his blizzard was not made properly.
Chicken strips and fries were cold like they had been sitting for hours; gravy warm at best. Heath blizzard was more like a vanilla shake.
