Worst experience ever ! Waited for over 15 minutes in the drive through for cheese curds. Several workers walked by and asked what we were waiting for and never brought us out our order. Walked in and told the cashier we were waiting for cheese curds, upon which I noticed several orders of cheese curds under the heat lamp. Young manager was rude and never apologized for the screw up Apparently the gave is the wrong number and they couldn't figure out who need the cheese curds. Seriously ! All it was was cheese curds . Manager just gave excuses about shift change . Who has shift change at 830 at night . She gave me a full refund. But couldn't apologize or just hand me an order of cheese curds. Lol. Wrong person for for the job. Young and dumb
I've given this place a few tries but it seems to always be behind and takes a while to get food. In observing the workflow, there is opportunity for improvement to get everyone working together to widen bottle necks. I will see one portion struggling while other associates just stand and wait. There isn't a clear manager filling in so it is hard to know if they are already working in that backed up area (kitchen or expedite for example). Management could reorganize and reset expectations that everyone needs to help out where needed or fill in to avoid bottlenecks. Also it was apparent they would benefit from Lean Management analyzing the flow from start to finish. They may want to physically change where things are located. Just my 2 cents.
This used to be my favorite Culver's until today when I saw that it's run like a zoo! ALL of the employees are high school kids with no "adults" to supervise. There are about 10 teenage kids (friends with one of the employees) hanging out in the dining room with one of the employees that is clearly on duty but keeps going back and forth to work then sitting down hanging out with his friends. They were here before I arrived and are still here as I'm about to leave. They've been extremely loud, rude, and immature. This is highly unprofessional and has been a completely unenjoyable meal.
As fast food goes, Culver’s is one of the best. Food is always hot and tasty! Restaurants are usually cleaner than most fast food places.
It has good burgers and do a decent job. Yet no Culver's in the springs can get an order correct and when you try and get a correction it's easier getting a tooth pulled.
20 minute wait, only to get home and find out more than half our food wasn't given to us. Called and they VERIFIED the food we were missing was sitting right in front of them. They refused to give us a refund, instead we have a coupon coming in a few days, because that takes care of our dinner tonight. Awesome first experience. No idea what has happened to common sense, you screw up, just fix it?
It was my first time at this Culver's location. Other than having to wait almost 10 minutes for my order to be taken, I was happy with my visit. There was only one person at the counter and the people in front of me had a ton of questions and were very slow paying, so I don't blame the young girl taking the order. The food was bright to my table hot and tasted great. The workers were very helpful and nice.
Used to be the best. Got our food and NOTHING ordered was accurate. Called and they sent a coupon to us which expired before we ever got to use it. Just went again. The guy who took our order wasn't paying attention, we waited well over half an hour and when the girl gave us our food, our two concrete's we're on one side of the drink holder and immediately tipped over all over my husband's lap. She stood there and said nothing. Then finally chimed in with "there might be some napkins in your bag." Wow. Great customer service guys!
I used to be a regular here, but never again. The kitchen obviously is over worked and underpaid, and they will mess with your food to make sure that you don't busy up their lines. Their latest trick is cooking my cheese curds in fish oil which they have done two out of the last three times I visited. Careful if you have allergies as they likely don't care. Mission Accomplished Culvers Crew!!!
We have been eating at Culver's for years. This location is close to our house so we have been going there. The last few years there is always some sort of issue going on with this location. One time we ordered a burger and they have me a patty in a separate box and told me that I had to put the burger together myself. Constantly messing up our order. The last time we went there they messed up our order, so we called them. They apologized and said that they would send us a coupon for a free meal. Fair enough. When we didn't receive the coupon we called back to see what was going on. Not only did they not send out the coupon they didn't even take our info down on the original call. Then told us that it's been too long since the original order so they won't be doing anything to make up for the messed up order. So we couldn't get the order fixed that day for some reason and they refused to take care of their mistake. I'm done with Culver's.
