After waiting almost 15 minutes for my food, they forgot the ice cream. They then bring me melted ice cream that has clearly been sitting for at least 10 minutes. They still forgot 2 of the ice creams that I ordered.Apparently, the person taking the order did not input them even though they were read back to me while ordering.I call the manager who proceeds to tell me that I’ll have to go back through the drive through or come inside and pay for them if I wanted them. The manager is Jordan and did not offer anything for the inconvenience or apologize that THEY got my order wrong. It’s no surprise the sign said hiring, I would never work for a company that has a manager like that running the show. Never returning to this location again.
I took my kids to Culver’s last night at 5 PM. The girl who helped me was new, but she was also very rude. I ordered a chocolate shake in place of a medium drink in my combo and she asked me if the screen looked correct. She was charging me for a medium drink and a shake so I rephrased my order and she still did not understand, so I finally said “I do not want a medium drink. I need a chocolate shake with my order.”I asked for a 4 piece chicken tender meal and she said, “A kids meal?” I asked her if the kids meal comes with 4 pieces because it just says two on the menu, so I was confused. I never asked for a kids meal, but she added a 2 piece meal to my order and not the 4 piece. I had to correct her because, again, it wasn’t what I asked for.She called over to a drive thru attendant and that girl just looked at me and said, “She’s new” and walked off. Not helpful. After I paid, I asked to speak to the manager. When the manager walked up, the cashier started blaming me for the whole experience and acted like she did nothing wrong. She wouldn’t even let me talk! She just kept rambling. Finally, I just pointed at the cashier and said, “This is your issue. I can’t even get a word in.”The manager was not helpful either. Finally, our food was delivered and the same girl who took our order brought our food over… minus the chocolate shake that she gave me so much attitude over! I asked her where the shake was and she said, “What shake??” Ummm… the one I paid for!Never again. This place is awful. Terrible staff and even more miserable service.
I've been to 2 of the Springs locations and they are awful. They are not cooking fresh. Burgers aren't hot. The cheese doesn't even melt. Their rings are still good and the custard is fine. But after waiting for food to ne fresh and hot, it's a disappointment to get barely warm food or of a holding bin.
The cashier didn't take the order correctly so both kid meals were wrong. I spent a lot of time in line to order then more time in line to make the kid meals right while my food got cold. The restaurant was clean, there were plenty of tables available, and the food is delicious. Maybe the cashier was just having trouble because it was loud and she couldn't hear me. They were nice about giving us what we ordered and apologized for their mistakes.
Went around noon so it was pretty busy. Drive through moved quickly, didn't have too long to get my food. Fries were hot. The price was good compared to other fast food joints. The only reason it didn't get a full 5 stars is because I did not get any napkins. That's a big pet peave especially when going to the drive thru
Good ice cream. Burgers were not very good. Thin meat. I mean really thin like 3/16 inch. Fries were OK. Typical frozen fare. My chocolate malt was wonderful. My friend enjoyed his fish sandwich. Get the ice cream, skip the food.
The staff was so friendly and the food was goodI managed to lose my phone and the helped me look, we couldn't find it. As we were leaving, at the last minute, called the phone and heard it in the dumpster. Georgie brought out a ladder and we went dumpster diving. She went above and beyond. Thank you
Other fast food restaurants in the Colorado Springs area should take note! This is how you run a restaurant. Friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic and fresh. The wait took some time but again, that tells me the food was freshly made. My order was somewhat large and specific and they got every detail right. You can’t say that about other places…..something is always missing or just wrong. We will be back.
This location is so great with customer service, quality of food, accuracy of order, and speed to get your order out to you. All these things consistent from visit to visit.Highly impressed. You can see them work together as a team. The service is friendly, hospitable.I ordered through the drive thru. Our order was delivered speedy and one of the burgers was custom made as ordered. They even custom made my concrete mixer, ensured the extra charge for pecans was ok. Everything was hot and fresh, (except the concrete mixer, obviously) which is important because I had a 10 min drive home.Great job, keep it up!I will be back.
*A little over two weeks ago my family picked up dinner at the Culver's drive through. Most of the order was fine, but my burger was undercooked. I didn't want to risk food poisoning so it went straight into the trash. I filled out a survey and never heard back. A week later, I reached out again, but nobody has contacted me.*Edited to add that the manager reached out to me to make it right. She was very professional and assured me the staff will be reminded on food safety procedures. The delay in contact was just a mistake in dialing my number, which is understandable as my area code is similar to the local one, but is one number off. Getting an undercooked burger was a bummer, but mistakes happen, and it was handled well in the end.
