Don't complain if you don't like something. The manager will tell you to stay elsewhere... The \\\"renovated\\\" rooms are in the style of Motel 6... TV bolted to the wall, a desk chair, a bed, toiletries bolted to the shower wall.\\n\\nIf all you want is a clean bed and no other expectations this place is for you.\\n\\nIf you object to a construction zone, adhesive fumes and sharing a lelvator with the movers you are in luck.
We recommend this hotel. Friendly staff on reception and in the bar and for breakfast. Rooms are clean and decent sized, although still under restoration (I think). Breakfast was outstanding, cooked to order and served on real plates!
Our Board utilized this Courtyard to hold a Board meeting. The room was a converted gym. The management did a great job making it into a great place for a meeting. They provided a menu that we were able to order from. The food and service were outstanding. I would gladly go back again if needed. Thank you Victoria, Paco, Tony and DJ you went above and beyond.
Fantastic staff and service. Everybody was super friendly.We stayed in the King Suite and I can’t stress enough how amazing the room is. Super spacious living space and decently sized bedroom. Bathroom space not as big as the shower felt cramped.I’m doing a road to Boston and this was a pit stop. For those doing a road trip and want to do laundry, it’ll be helpful to know that they have a washer+dryer on the property which is coin operated.They don’t have breakfast included but do have a bistro where you can grab quick bites.I’d recommend getting the French toast and fruit parfait.Overall great experience!
Victoria at the front desk went out of her way to make sure my colleagues and I were able make changes last minute due to a scheduling conflict. She was extremely catering and nice, retain her at all costs!
They are going through a remodel but the remodeled rooms have been done with very poor quality. Don't eat at the restaurant because both breakfast and dinner is terrible. The bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable. Maybe they will get their act together soon but it's unlikely.
The young lady at the desk that checked me in was wonderful and sweet as could be! Emily went above and beyond to ensure that i was happy with my room and every time i walked through the lobby she was there with a smile on her face and a cheerful hello! Hotel over all was great but sweet Emily made it the best!! Thanks Emily!!
We stayed in room 106 for new years eve..new years day my boyfriend woke up with bug bites on his arm, we jumped out of bed pulled covers back and found a bug...it was a bedbug! We took sheets off the bed and found some more, I grabbed a glass and put some in a drinking glass, took pictures and went to the front desk.. took them here are some bed bugs, showed pictures, the maintenance man was more worried about me posting them on social media then anything else. After we got home we contacted the main office, and had I believe asstaint general manager Paco ( I think that's his name) email us back and totally dismissed the bedbugs, he said since it was garden level and snowing cold outside bugs come in to get out of the cold...ummm......NO it was bedbugs! Told him about the pictures we have showed him the welt marks on the arm..all he said was Dec 31 he had a exterminator come in and spray! So whirlpool king room # 106 has bedbugs and they don't want to do anything about it.
Overall great experiencePros - clean room(including bathroom) , comfy bed. The rooms looks kinda old but it was chill.Cons - To preface, I did attempt to check in at 4am. There was no one at the front desk and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to get back.
Room appeared clean until we found someone’s shirt on the floor. It had to have been from a previous stay because we didn’t have anyone else in our room. The body wash in the shower was empty and all we were left with was one of the tiny bottles that was already have empty! Again, left from someone’s stay. Just curious as to what the cleaning standards are at this facility because I’ve stayed in many hotels and not once have I found someone’s belongings left in the room. When I mentioned my concerns to the front desk staff, she said nothing and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.
