Great ambiance and drinks. Hopefully we get to sit on the patio next time since the inside gets really loud and the weather is nice. Overall, good experience and in a neat area. We will definitely be back.
This is usually a really nice laid back experience. Inside is laid out with oversized furniture for you to relax in. Outside is really where the ambience gets good though. Large benches with fire pits for you to gather around and chat. HUGE selection of scotch and whisky. Wide assortment of liquor in general. Charcuterie board and other things to snack on. The only drawback is at certain times, this place draws way more clientele than can be seated. Good problem for a business to have I suppose.
Love the intimate setting with comfortable chairs, and abstract paintings along the walls. They have a wide selection of whiskeys and wines to choose from. Some of them are quite rare, if you are looking for high-end or hard to find drinks. Their cocktails were also amazing. We enjoyed the pretzel and charcuterie board (pictured). Cork and Cask is downtown, walking distance to many other places you can enjoy before/after your visit.
It was a fine evening spending time with friends at the Cork & Cask. They make a fine Old Fashioned and a mean pretzel, it was seriously one of the best soft pretzels I've had. Besides - it came with spicy mustard, cheese sauce, and smiling service. If you are in town stop on by for a drink, it's well worth it.I keep thinking about that damn pretzel.
Love this place. It's classy but also relaxing. The menu is inventive and fun and it's all delicious. Our friend group likes to come here for birthday parties and sit out on the patio with the fireplaces. The staff is always so sweet and accommodating and helpful. It's a go to for sure. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality you're getting.
I love this place. Very old school elegant vibe inside with super comfy chairs and couches, great fire pits w bench seating outside. Amazing cocktail, spirits and wine list. Outstanding menu of delicious and fun noshes. This is a gem in downtown COS.
Really great. It's a lovely, comfortable place to chill for a while, have some drinks (their wine and whisky menu is huge) and enjoy a small but very delicious menu.
Absolutely amazing experience. If you like bourbon or just good cocktails in general this is the place to be. Leslie is an amazing bartender and has great knowledge on the spirits they offer here at Cork & Cask. You'll be hard pressed to find a better experience and service in the Colorado Springs area period.
The whiskey selection is top notch.If your looking for a hard to find bourbon to taste I would recommend stopping in.The wine selection while not overly extensive is a very comprehensive list with great choices.The charcuterie tray is an amazing portion for the price.The ambience is laid back and very cool. The staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful as well.I can’t wait to get back soon.
Whiskey bar success, 2 for 2 this week. Super dense menu, connoisseurs come on down. You will not be disappointed. My bartender was welcoming while not being overbearing, the snack menu was interesting but not busy and even on the high end items NONE of the pricing was unreasonable, I don't give perfect ratings EVER, but this place comes close.
