First time for our family and we were very impressed... Colonel Mustard's definitely deserves the rating it has. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area and believe it's worth the short drive if you are not.We ordered a Sgt Pepper, Turkey Wrap, Garden Wrap, and a plain Ham & Cheese. Everything was very fresh and delicious, and we recieved it within mere minutes despite a very packed lunch rush dining area (with folks waiting on take out, too). Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed while we were dining in. I don't think you can really go wrong, no matter what you order.Almost as equally impressive as the dining experience was the variety of options for purchase and to-go, including desserts, sides, and a wide variety of mustards. Several drink options as well, with a good-sized menu of local beer options. We also appreciated the loyalty card (buy 10 sandwiches, get 1 free). The decor was really cool... embracing both the "Clue" aspect and the love of mustard. Clearly a statement of fun times and their love for what they do.And lastly... yes, the mustard ice cream is good. There's no way it should be as good as it is... but it defied our expectations (both kids and adults alike). We can't wait to come back and try a bunch of the other sandwiches.

Yes Please! By far the best sandwiches in the Colorado Springs area. I can't say enough how much I like this place. The staff and the owners are awesome. The Pastrami Sandwich is worth a 30 minute drive alone. Make sure to head to the back patio for an amazing view of the mountains and there is some extra parking too.

Super groovy! Worlds best wurst IS the best! The Quarter Master with chili was killer! The root beer mustard was unexpected and yummy but i really liked that dill or even the red pepper! Oh gosh soo many yummy things and don’t even ask how many times I’ve grabbed the ice cream to go!!

What a great sandwich shop! It's your typical sandwich fare selection. The food was delicious (I had the lobster roll). But what stood out to me was the customer service. Once my order was placed I was called by my first name, it was a nice personal touch that made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time there. All the staff were friendly and helpful and my only complaint was that we discovered it on our last day so we didn't make it back again.

Ordered sandwiches to go (some hot) and rode up Pike’s Peak for a great picnic. Our hot sandwiches were still hot. Great customer service and great food!

Felt like a warm friendly place. Options are good, nice store. This is the other half of my $14 "The Colonel" though, and it's really disappointing. There's nothing to it, not trying to bash 'em but I can seriously make a better sandwich at home without much effort. Tons of other options for sandwiches here

Trip to Colorado we found this sandwich shop and highly recommend. Food was delicious and service was amazing 10/10!

What a great find! If your hungry for a sandwich this place was delicious. The pastrami was very good but the sgt pepper was a show stopper! Tired several of the mustards and bought the jalapeño and the beer cheese mustard. Even the mustard ice cream was good!

Amazing place with awesome sandwiches! Super friendly husband and wife team! Make sure to check out their mustards to go as well! The mustard ice cream sandwich is totally worth trying!

My first time here. Lots of choices. I had the recommended sandwich. It was superb. Heated and juicy. Make a napkin bib, I didn't and dripped on my coat. The ajue sauce was very good. The meals are basically alacarte (spelling?) All the employees are friendly and helpful. I would recommend they add regular coffee (I'm not into Expresso) for us regular coffee drinkers, even a Keurig makes decent, fresh coffee. I'll be back.
