Very busy place but good to not have to be there too long. ice cream is always good

My order was wrong when I clearly said what I wanted. I came back in to get a replacement and the man who made it was extremely rude, told me that I ordered wrong. I order the same thing every time I come in and I told him what I wanted but he just didn't listen and blamed it on me. Was angry he had to remake my ice cream. Sorry dude but if I paid $10 for ice cream I better get what I asked for. And based on other reviews it seems like this is a normal occurrence at this location.
We ordered a birthday cake for my son, went to pick it up and there was no cake. The employee said he remembered the order but shrugged and said it must have gotten lost. My wife asked if they could make a cake quickly for the next day but the employee said all they could do was sell one out of the case already made, they didn't want to bother trying to fix the problem.The employees didn't care and did not offer any kind of compensation for their mess-up. We foolishly ordered a birthday cake from this location even though they had messed up a cake order for my brother in law a few weeks before.Pretty sad that the employees don't care at all, I'm guessing the manager does not care either.

Got the oreo and cookies and cream ice cream, forgot what it's called, but there was no oreo in it. I went to let them know and they made me another one but charged me for it!!!!! Are you frickin serious!!! I was so mad. Never will go there again!
Unfortunately, this store hasn't heard about omicron and doesn't care if some of their customers are imunocomprimised. While there was no one at the counter and the employees were in the back room, they refused to take a phone order for a quart of ice cream and balked at bringing it out the door. They did, with a caveat and without masks. You don't see this at McDonald's, at ace hardware on Austin bluffs, at in n out, at Freddy's et al. The problem is that the makeup of this city is too rebellious of authority and science.

Got a custom cake for my daughter's birthday and it was beyond perfect. It looked little but there's a whole universe of flavor in that adorable little cake. I will 100% be ordering from them again!
We ordered based off of the poster in the window and asked what was mixed in. 2 different employees pointed at the glass and told us to read it. There was nothing there. We asked for the Pumpkin butter and got just a scoop with no mix in. We had to tell the 2 times we wanted what was in the picture. There was nothing on the menu advertising the "Almost baked banana bread or The apple of my pumpkin pie". Neither employee was very friendly and acted annoyed at us. I included pictures for reference.
