The first thing I noticed upon walking in was how crowded and messy the store was. Thankfully, I did an online order/pick-up, so my experience was fairly quick and painless.The ice cream selection is somewhat slim, but there are plenty of toppings to make up for that shortcoming and it ends up tasting pretty good.The place could definitely use a facelift and/or some elbow-grease, but I wouldn't say it was the worst. The teens working there may need some adult supervision.

Nasty store was filty, staff member went before me to the restroom when i entered ther where urin all over the toilett and the floor, place smelled disgusting. Ground for bacteria and getting sick from this place. Just plain nasty. Left without buying anything. Never gone there again
I tried the new silk ice cream and adding toppings to basically have a rocky road. It was not the greatest but at least it didn't upset my stomach.
This was probably one of the dirtiest fast food places I’ve ever been in. The tables outside were full of spilled ice cream, the counters inside were dirty and it smelled like trash. The ice cream we got wasn’t even close to frozen.
The ice cream is the consistency of soft serve. There were many left out of the freezers melting on the counter and then were poured on top of the full (also already thawed to almost melted) ones in the freezer. It was so unappetizing.
Stopped in after a movie with the kids and the place smelled really off, not clean. The ice cream was not very good and was a mess to eat because it was super melted after they did the mix ins. We ended up throwing our ice cream away about half way through...which I'm pretty sure has never happened.
Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at any cold stone in my life.not sure why they both employees need to hang out in the back of the store. one person should be up front cleaning and greeting customers. but when we got there both employees came out after wed already been inside for almost a minute. and as we were walking towards the door they were both gone to the back before we even got half way to the door.The girl working that took care of my lady did good.Her coworker the boy who failed to take care of me was horrible. I had to repeat what ice cream I wanted 3 times . Then had to repeat what size I wanted several times and he still didn't get it right. More than likely he didn't get it right because he had his air pods in . On top of already being irritated that he got everything wrong. It was the most skimpy ice cream I've ever received from cold stone.pictures to prove my point. my lady got the chocolate ice cream. it was full and great. i got the ice cream with gummy bears. which the ice cream and the topping was skimpy. i hope the owner or management takes time to fix these issues. i have to drive over 30minutes out of my way to come here and am very disappointed.
Love the ice cream but you will have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to get it.
So seriously they’re like 20 people here in line and 4 workers but 3 out of the 4 workers are standing around looking at everyone? This line would go so much quicker if y’all would actually work!! I honestly can’t stand lazy people. Ice creams always amazing here tho!!
Last night being a Saturday night and very busy , there was a young lady short , curly hair with glasses very polite. She’s was very accommodating to everyone including my son with special needs. Despite how busy it was she made sure EVERY person that walked in was greeted with a smile and when the next customer walked up she gave full attention to all. I believe her name was Nevaeh!! Thank you again for your awesome customer service.. we need more people like her around. Great customer service like this , they deserve to be recognized and maybe even a raise!!
