This place was not very good, I've come by on and off over the last 10 years and I don't know if this is under new management but the place is super dirty, light fixtures broken, bad shop upkeep, even the staff had to rinse the cup they made my drink in because it was not clean. The drink was also like straight syrup, which I know a lot of boba drinks are pretty sweet but this one was literal milk sugar, I had to toss it after a few minutes from the taste. It just seems like this place has lost its heart a bit, really cool spot many years back but now it just seems like the loves going away. Sad to see it happen as these mom and pop shops really need to stay so bigger businesses stop taking over down town. The best help I can give is feedback, I hope the shop improves because I want to keep coming here!!!
I love this shop! Their drinks are super flavorful and the staff is always super friendly!
Their boba is ridiculously delicious. I love this place so much. We've gone other places for boba and my son was reluctant to try again, but I've definitely made a true boba fan by going here.
I loved the kid behind the counter. She had short hair and was friendly and efficient. I love this place and will definitely be back soon!
I love going here when I'm in Colorado Springs. Ive only ever been served by the same person and he is fast and polite. I always get the boba drinks and try to taste them all and so far I'm in love with the taro drink. When I'm drained from work/running errands downtown, a nice cold mocha boba with extra boba always wake me up. Its also a great place to get a drink and do some homework or just relax a lil bit.
I the first time i came in was good, i liked the coffee, the second time i came in i was harassed about my service animal not having a proper ID. That's like asking someone in a wheel chair to see thier prescription. He kept saying the health department requires people to have an ID for thier dog. You don't have any idea what your talking about dude. The ADA doesn't require they have an ID, just that they wear a service dog best. It was cold that day, my dog was wearing his vest, under his coat. Not only was i continuously harassed about my dog, i was asked to leave because i had him. And they got my order wrong!!! And forgot two of the 3 things i ordered. They were stressed out about the 3 people in line, don't handle pressure well, at least won't be polite to you while they are. Horrible experience, bad music, bad service , bad products, prejudiced, there's plenty of shops downtown that are friendly to me and my dog, i won't need to be shopping here EVER again.
I thought this was one of my favorite boba places and i would go all the time so today when i went to get my usually boba and they told me i couldn’t get that kind it was no big deal. What made it bad was the guy who order in front of me started to yell at me saying to leave so i couldn’t get that boba, i was looking at the menu for different boba. And as a 16 year old girl i stoop up for myself against this grown man. The owner or whoever was at the counter when i was telling the guy not to be so rude took the old man’s side and overall it was horrible customer service and i will never be going their again. I just wanted boba but instead i get yelled at by a grown man till i started crying.
We went here and they were very busy but there was only one woman working the cash register and making the drinks so it was a bout a 17 minute wait with all the people ahead of us. But she should've had someone working with her. But the drink was good and the woman was very kind and polite for being VERY busy and only her working there that day. The place is quite a bit OUTDATED just a older look.
I love Thai tea! I ordered one here and I don’t know what it was but it was definitely not Thai tea. Some kind of watery powdery mix. The boba was also really hard. Gross.
Unfriendly as hell. And don’t tell me the flavors aren’t going to mix well, if I said I want green tea, taro, and pineapple you give it to me
