First let me that my Granddaughter had a wonderful party there this Saturday. Jaylene our host was great and everything went without a hitch. I will book again. Big thanks to Jaylene and the staff.

We went to my great grand-daughters 4th birthday. Accommodations were great. Table was set nicely. Plenty of entertainment for kids. Planner ( don't remember her name ) was very informative and explained all activities and times. All kids recieved cards to play games for 2 hours from time of first swipe. Pizza and drinks were provided. Chuck E came out and sang and provided for photos. Planner cut cake and dispersed. Overall great experience.

Had our daughters 6th birthday celebration this weekend. Staff were great and attentive, nice having unlimited play for her and her friends. Pizza was good and kids loved the dipping dots

Visited on March 22nd with my oldest daughter (8 years old) as the 2nd stop in our mommy and me day. Had a coupon for 2 60 minute cards but upon arriving realized they had a better deal that would give us am additional 30 min (with a $5ish dollar difference). But that's not why I'm giving 5 stars. We came right at opening saw a small group of people. So waited in the car till after opening. When we got inside there was a line and folks already seated. Took maybe 10/15 ish minutes to get stamped and wait in line to get our play time (with there being multiple people in front of us). No worries there was only one woman working the register and stamping people in. When finally it was our turn a woman with her kids interrupted as I was getting our time cards that the soda machine wasn't working. The woman working the counter apologized multiple times and stated she was the only employee there at the time and she would get the spouts on as soon as she could. There was still a line behind me probably around 3 different family groups. I don't remember the name of this woman working but I hope she gets reminded that she did an excellent job getting people checked in and remained Profesional and kind while working during spring break. Definitely will go back again in the future with my daughter's and hope to see her! The facility was clean, all the games working (except for 1 half of the spray gun game) and we did not order food this time since we had other lunch plans.

We had my sons 6th bday here and these people even w covid went above and beyond to make his day special the smiles on our faces say it all

Almost every machine was broken, and the machines always gave the wrong amount of tickets and I’m sure it was in hopes that you didn’t notice since there’s no longer paper tickets. I used to spend 100 bucks here as a kid and get thousands of tickets. 100 bucks got my daughter 600 tickets which translated to a slinky and airhead——(edited) I was replied to within an hour that’s amazing

Well well well... look who knows how to make a great pizza! The beer selection is a nice touch as well, and the games are fun and affordable. Also, the kids will love it when you earn them a dumptruck of tickets to spend! :)

This has to be the worst establishment for kids that I have seen. The staff is immature and the so-called manager shouldn't be a manager. I waited over 45 mins to get a personal pan pizza and then another 12 mins after the manager stated it only takes 4 minutes. When I confronted her a second time, she was sarcastically rude.Secondly, the staff doesn't maintain order and discipline inside the establishment. My kid had to listen to very inappropriate conversations while trying to enjoy her game. This place is an embarrassment for a kid friendly location.

I have been taking my kids this location for 10 years never had a problem until today everything was fine most of the staff was friendly until the prize counter when the employee behind the counter basically told my kids to get the bigger ticket item because my son was deciding what he wanted to spend his tickets on I guess taking too much of this guy's precious time so he's trying to rush my sons who one was their birthday and he can take his time all he wants to spend his tickets that he he acquired I found a very rude for the employee to try and force my kid to pick something he did not want just because he did not want to deal with kids that day if you can't do with kids don't get a job at Chuck e cheese other than that this experiences was just fine like all the rest my kids had a blast traditions were made and fun times we had just had to end on a sour note with a rude employee
