Disappointing. The lo mein was very over done and mushy. The sesame chicken was drenched in sauce and very soggy. The sweet and sour chicken... the chicken was good but the sauce was not. It had a very strange flavor and it was brown in color. I did not enjoy the sauce at all. The crab Rangoons lacked filling, but had a good flavor. Last, the fried rice was not worth the extra $2. It was not fried, and it had a weird flavor to it. On a positive note - food was very hot and large portions. Unfortunately not much was eaten. First time trying and will not return.

This restaurant was hit really hard by COVID 19, and for a long time, offered only take-out service. But they are back up and running, and today I ordered Peking Duck for the first time in years. It was exquisite. I recommend China Town for all their dishes, however. As a sit-down restaurant, the steamed clothes they offer guests to clean their hands and faces before eating afford the place a special kind of delicacy and class.

The food is great I truly love this place. However, every time I go, the lady at the front always has an attitude about something she should be willing to help with such as giving me my receipt. If she is unhappy at her job maybe she should find another one.!! IJS

Nope, I do not recommend this restaurant for anything. The food was off . They said it's traditional. Gross my wife dish was schezuan shrimp smelled and tasted like pee. The sweet and sour pork was not good either it was brown. We left still hungry.???Update I added a photo of brown sweet sour sauce. Maybe you need a chat with your chef. Szechuan there you go.

Ordered carry-out: two appetizers. Two soups & a chicken entree with white rice. This dinner was honestly the best Chinese food dinner I’ve had since moving to Colorado. Everything was delectable & I had to stop myself from over-eating. Was hot, fresh & delicious. Remembered their lunch special was also so much food for an affordable price. Dinner did not disappoint! No one was in the restaurant for dinner when I picked-up. Only detriment is the outside of the building is very rough & the parking lot needs its’ potholes filled. Also, the portion for sweet & sour sauce was very small, but both are situational & easy fixes!Honestly, I can’t wait to try more of their menu the next time I order Chinese food.

This is a wonderful, family-owned Chinese restaurant that has been operating in the same spot in little downtown Colorado Springs for years. I’ve gone constantly over the years and have never been disappointed! The service is excellent and they have some of the best Chinese food in town.Almost every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten the Chow Fun Shei- a yummy, slightly spicy pork dish with noodles. It’s wonderfully flavored and is a very large portion of food so you’re guaranteed to have leftovers. I also enjoy the Curry Chicken and Mongolian Beef. China Town Restaurant is a staple to the downtown Colorado Springs area and I will always consider myself a loyal customer to their business.

I have been going here for almost ten years, it is my favorite Chinese place in the Springs. The food is always fresh. Pre pandemic I would come by myself for lunch sometimes and order the wor wonton soup. I loved having a nice pot of hot tea, a fresh warm towel, and a big bowl all to myself. It's so comforting. I love you China town.

The food was awesome except there wasn't much shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. And it took them too days to add the tip on to the credit card.

OH MY GOD! I have lived in the Springs for a year and 7 months and I could never find a good Chinese place until now! Honestly, I ordered from here because the owner is a savage with all of the replies making me laugh so hard. I was having a bad day until I read those but anyways, back to the food! So I was honestly really skeptical of ordering anything because the past Chinese places I went to were so bad. No flavor, tasted like hospital food, literally. It was so disgusting! Then I order here and the orange chicken looked good! So I was like hmm.. ok. Then I had a bite and OH MY GOD it was sooo good! Super flavorful and sweet just how I like it! Then I had the crab ragoons and they were SOO GOOD TOO! I feel like this is not real since it took me forever to find a good place lol. I feel like the crab ragoon should have more filling but I can’t change the menu! I did have the fried rice and not as flavorful as I like it but thats ok! The crab Ragoons and the orange chicken made up for it. If you’re nervous about going to a Chinese restaurant I hope you read my review and go here! So delicious! Sorry for the long review I’m just so excited to find a good Chinese place! ?

After moving to the springs 5 years ago my husband and I tried many Chinese restaurants in town and just couldn't find "The one" until we stumbled across China Town a year ago. The food is great, especially the crispy duck and beef broccoli. The staff are always nice and courteous, the restaurant is clean, and we've never had an excessive wait time for our food. I always recommend China Town to friends now.
