I normally love Chillies, but this location was horrible!! Hostess sat me fast. Only 4 tables had others sat in whole restaurant. Most of the staff was sitting at the bar!! I waitting for 15min. an had to ask to get someone to take my order, just for something to drink! When I got my burger it was burnt to a crisp!!! Then it was also cold, lifted top off an it was gross don't know what they had on it!!
Terrible experience. Went in for lunch on Saturday and there was no staff. There was two waitresses running the whole restaurant, including being the hostess and bar tender. My family and I waited and hour + to get our food. When the food came out it wasn’t even completed. We had to wait extra to get everything that was supposed to be on our plate. The management here does not know how to manage and balance labor. I never got a refill on my drink because the waitress was too busy trying to run around and take care of too many customers.
Never seated even though there was a table big enough to sit our party. I would recommend going to another Chilis.
Honestly the service is hit or miss, food is always better at this s chili’s then any other one in town. The new manager Dominique is great. They need more staff and then it would be amazing! Casey is absolutely the best server ever!!!!
I am writing this as I am still waiting for my curbside delivery. I have been waiting 30 minutes for my SALAD! This is in addition to the 28 minutes I was expecting to wait based on my order time. AN HOUR FOR A SALAD! ARE YOU GROWING THE LETTUCE ON SITE? Terrible and I will not be back to this location. When I walked in to inquire it was made obvious that in house orders take priority. Guess curb side money isn't as green.
If your Uber or door dash. Don’t even bother picking up here. This places takes FOREVER for 2GO orders. Always. I received an order today and I made sure to show up late about 10 min after receiving the order. I get it to chilis and they said it will still be another 10-20 minute wait. Who is running 2GO? A tortoise ?
Experienced lunch today and it just wasn't good. My server KC was great and was on my drinks and I enjoyed the chips and salsa. That's about were the good part stopped. My salad must have been in the back of the refrigerator as the cucumbers were soft, tomatoes weren't firm and mushy. Received my 2 spicy shrimp taco lunch special and they were topped with brown avocado slices. The poor food runner barely had the plate on the table and I asked for a To Go Box.I rewarded one of my teammates with lunch. He obviously was more hungry than myself as he scarfed it down and shared the fries with others. I guess you'd say it was paid forward! LOLI'm sure the Chili's team can do better
This is the nicest Chili’s I’ve ever been to. Everything from the floor to the booths to the tables themselves look new and streamlined. It’s so nice and clean (especially compared to the Chili’s up where we live). The night we came in they were short staffed but the service was still incredible. Our server was attentive and the food came out quickly which was great as we brought the baby with us and she isn’t always happy when we go out to eat.
The food is so good and affordable!!! We had a blast. The server was so kind as well! Great food, great service and great time.
Sam the bartender is amazing. The good came out very fast and was fresh. Ate here twice. I wasn't disappointed. However I feel like if your not going to have Sam wait on you then your dining experience might not be the same. Quality and cleanliness were on point. Price as expected. Again it's about the people that serve you and the people cook for you that make it a 5 star. Hopefully you get them when you come.
