With not being in this restaurant for 2 years and ordering limited take out it was pleasant to finally sit and eat in. Food was delivered as ordered to our party of 6. No issues. Rachel our server was spot on. The Sheriff's deputies were in house for donations by acting as busses and mingled with the diners and children. Overall a great night dining out.

It was quite yummy and the staff was delightful. I got the kids burgers and a Mini Molten. The Molten looked so good I forgot to take a picture but I got an after photo lol.
Used to order from here fairly often, but my last 4 orders have been screwed up. Most of the time there is something missing from the order and I have to ask them to fix it. This time, I ordered a medium rare steak and asparagus. The steak came well done and the asparagus was still raw. On top of that, I had to walk inside and pick it up after my order was 15 minutes late coming out (again). Not sure if it's a staffing issue or something else, but I don't plan to be back.
Both the food and service was amazing! My husband and I have had quite a few bad experiences with Chili's in Virginia, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted, which is huge for us. Also sat immediately and like I said, the server was super friendly and easy to talk to, and all of the food was cooked perfectly. Such a good experience! Can't wait to come back.
We had the best experience here because of Cooper. He was over sat, over booked, and remember everything. He is an asset to this restaurant!He had at least seven 5-top tables and was top notch.Cooper, thank you for your excellent service!The food wasn't great, but Cooper made the experience worthwhile. We will be back and will ask for him every time.
My girlfriends and I celebrated my birthday there tonight! The food was amazing as always!Tasty $5 Margueritas! We had the best waitress ever! Brooke, the crazy redhead was so funny and kept us laughing! Very attentive too!
The food tasted great. They were very busy, the service wasn't the best. We didn't order alcohol the drinks were very weak. My husband didn't drink his Dr pepper which is his favorite drink everyday. I would go here again. My only issue is if you're that busy don't be so damn cheap hire more waitresses so we can be waited on properly. I don't blame the team they tried their best to keep up. This is on the business
Good food but will never order curbside or delivery on a weekend again. Ordered curbside an hour in advance and still waited 45 minutes for my food past scheduled pickup time. I also watched as delivery people walked away from orders because they had waited 40 minutes themselves and couldn't wait any longer so their food never got delivered. Also the last five pick up orders have been wrong on at least one item. Like I said great food and we'll go there in person during the week but will never ever order delivery or pickup again.
The waitstaff was extraordinary, but there was an extremely large amount of dust in the air. They could definitely use some air purifiers or a better air circulation system with filters. I don’t like the idea of all those dust particulates and everything else landing on my food. The food was served on a weird bent metal tray which made it a little awkward to eat, but the food was flavorful and fresh. I would recommend this restaurant, but not to everyone.
I normally have a very good experience at chilis. Not on this day. The drinks were wrong. Twice. My dinner was wrong. My husband finished his meal before I got mine. Medium steak was red and cold. ? dessert was served with my dinner. Not my day.
