Absolutely awesome!!! I'm new to Colorado and the Springs. I've been looking for a Fried Chicken Salad like I used to get in NC. I've tried several places but none suited my picky taste lol. My BF is a regular at this Chili's and suggested I try there. What I wanted wasn't exactly on the menu, but these guys made me the perfect salad!! The Lil chic working the take-out area is amazing!! Thank you guys so very much for your kindness and my perfect salad!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!!!!

It's been a while since I last visited Chili's and I think my last experience was not the greatest after all I left the three-star review. This latest experience though I think was a lot better than the last. The food was fairly decent nothing to brag about but it wasn't terrible. The service was pretty on par and I had my refills in time. It wasn't too expensive but right now everything is going up, I'm trying to eat out less and less. I'll raise it one star to four stars.

Broad selection of very affordable lunch meals. Service great. Soups and salads we ordered excellent. Will return..

Not going to lie that meal for one is definitely worth it because it's only $10, and you get a drink, and entree, and an appetizer! You can't really beat that! They have awesome food and definitely give Applebee's a run for the money. I work close to it so I'll definitely give them a try over fast food if I can.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience while dining at this Chili's Grill & Bar in Colorado Springs. Our son is a cadet on the United States Air Force Academy and we were in town for Parent's Weekend in early September of 2021. We decided to grab dinner and Chili's Grill & Bar was nearby. After being seated, we waited several minutes before the server came waddling up to our table. He apologized for "running a few minute late" and then took our drink orders. After several more minutes, he came back to take our food order. However, our drinks still hadn't arrived. Several minutes later, a young woman (presumably a helper server) finally brought our son's bottled root beer, but not our fountain and ice tea drinks. When I inquired about our drinks, the young woman said, "We're out of drink glasses and are asking for people's patience until they're washed." (She could have volunteered this information without being asked.) She appeared visibly annoyed that I asked about the status of our drinks. The restaurant was less than half full and it seems pretty lame they'd run out of drink glasses. After another delay, our food arrived and was served by our "favorite" young female server. She begrudgingly placed each plate on the table without saying a word and she didn't respond when I said "thank you" or asked the standard, "Can I get you anything else?" Meanwhile, our main waddling server could be heard apologizing to the next table over for "running a few minute late." The only highlight of this experience was the food, which was good tasting and on-par with our previous Chili's dining experience. In summary, I cannot recommend this particular Chili's Grill & Bar location in Colorado Springs. That said, we have since eaten at our local Chili's Grill & Bar and had a good experience.

Still chili's, great service from the waitress and food was decent. Kids ate most of their stuff, burger was a little over cooked and was bland minus toppings. Wife liked her pick 3 thing though, all together decent experience

I am your biggest critic. There is only one Chili's in the entire Colorado springs area that I go to because of this one fact. When I send my wife to get two full orders of dinner sized fajitas, I don't expect to get a double lunch portion of meat with single portion condiments. You will be replacing this order in full.Oh and before I forget the replacement of this tragic misconduct will result in nothing less or more than a permanent one star and a void of two customers for life. You just lost a lot of money because I love Chilli's.

Fast service, great waiters. We were seated quickly during lunch. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was great, I just wish there were more fries on the side. Even so, it definitely was filling.

Best Chili's location I've ever been to. The food was delivered to the table in less than 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

A pleasant evening spent with a good friend eating good food. We got the 2 for $25 which is a great deal! She got the crispers and I got the bacon burger. For apps we got the chips and salsa— highly recommend also getting the guacamole and side of ranch as these both pair great with the chips (for no up charge!). Lastly for dessert we got the skillet cookie which was a fantastic end to a great evening. Shout out to Kayla for making it extra great.
