Bbq burger was good but not great since meat was dry. Chips were a little oily and soggy. The best part was service and guacamole those were excellent.

I enjoyed my visit to Chili's but it's not the same as it used to be IMO. Maybe it's due to Covid, the economy or something else. The atmosphere was well, there really wasn't one but the staff were friendly and attentive. The food menu, though I was told was updated, seemed pretty much the same from the last time I had been in this location.The restaurant up North off of Powers definitely feels different and makes you feel more at home in their restaurant. We had the best waiter he was very attentive. Our food was great cooked to order. And the drinks even better just as our waiter recommended.
We arrived at 10 pm, only an hour before closing. The wait staff was friendly and served our meals quickly but never hurried us. The grilled chicken was perfect. My partner had brisket quesadillas and said they were great. The Tito's bloody Mary was excellent. Nice and spicy! I recommend this Chilis restaurant.
The food was pretty good but the staff at this restaurant are really great at their job and we really appreciate their attitude and smiles.I don't frequent Chilli's to often but would definitely come back to this location. ??
Cold (we were early and drove 1 minute across the road- literally) - nothing correct - not even silverware no ketchup - even tho both were ordered- 2 pieces of lettuce for their croutons … I mean salad… don’t even get me started whats in that corner of my “steak and fries”- rest of the order was wrong too! Called to ask them to remake it (cuz they would have if I ate there) but no they won’t- they will just give me credit coupons for later (WHY would I want to go back??) looks unappealing all around - was so bad my kids couldn’t eat - that “quesadilla “ is brisket by the way if you were thinking of ordering it - and that baby hamburger that looks like a burnt hockey puck tasted like one to. I mentioned we needed to eat tonight not next week - “oh I’m sorry it’s all I can do” is what the manager (starts with a j - ) said - oh I’m sure you would love that paying so much for food-Poor customer service - rude people - bad food- do NOT order here if you actually want to eat something - oh and extra anything … they didn’t even add to the bag- just charged us -
Excellent customer service and delicious takeout lunch! This is my first visit to Colorado Springs and this Chili's location. After arriving at my hotel, I immediately spotted Chili's across the street and knew exactly where I would be heading for lunch. Due to my continued concern with Covid 19, I rarely, if ever, dine in. Takeout is now my preferred dining option. As I have experienced with every Chili's location visited, each is very efficient and proficient providing takeout. Fortunately, I had another pleasant takeout experience today. The servers and staff very friendly and welcoming. My order was taken quickly and prepared correctly. One of my new addictions and obsessions is the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers! Naturally, I ordered them again today. Delicious!! Always prepared perfectly. Two sides are served with the Crispers, I had fries and side salad. Excellent lunch! The building and parking area was clean and well maintained. The dining room and takeout area immaculate. I was totally impressed with this Chili's location and very happy with my excellent lunch!
The vibe and food was amazing but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Dawson, our waiter, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Does he deserve a raise? Yes, we truly believe so! Dawson is a true asset to Chili’s!

We questioned that our server was too young at first; however Braxton at 15 was excellent! He listened to all of our requests, was very fast and attentive. We didn't even have to ask for our second drink and he was already bringing refills to the kids and asking the adults if we'd like the same. Definitely coming back to this Chili's location and asking for him once again. GREAT JOB BRAXTON!!!
