I love Chick-fil-A! Every time I come here the experience is such a pleasure! The staff is very kind, they are so helpful as well! I was in a little bit larger of a group and they made sure they could find us a good seat and were very attentive to any of our needs. They offered to help us so much which was very kind of them. The food was also wonderful, it was absolutely delicious as always! You can never go wrong with a chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A! Especially with their miracle sauce! I will definitely be back!
Great as always! Went inside to order and it took all of 2 mins. Right after I got done paying, they were handing me my food. Great food, quick service, polite employees!
Great food, but slow! Plus you got rid of curbside! For some of us, who are disabled and have a van which cannot fit through your drive-thru, when you did have curbside it was great, then you took it away. Bring it back, please!
This is the first time being to this location. It was the same as usual minus a few disappointments.The food was tasty. The building and atmosphere is the same as any other chick Fil a. The drive through still wraps around the building to the next planet.One difference that I'm not used to is that there was zero parking. An entire section of the parking lot was cordoned off for delivery drivers. When we got inside, there was not a single seat open. There was an entire section of the indoor area cordoned off for delivery drivers - must be a busy location for deliveries?But then you can't sit anywhere except outside when it's 95 degrees, but we'll survive. When the associate came out to check on each table he avoided our table and left when we needed refills.
Good old Chik Fil A! This location has definitely become the busiest one in the Springs so look out for rush hour times. I have 0 complaints about their team and they are always cranking out orders accurately. I’ll be coming back without a doubt!
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Food is great and delicious. They are very good at moving customers through accurately and precisely to keep the flow of traffic even at busy hours! Superb job all around!
Wonderful service & delicious food. While the line can sometimes be a bit long, the staff are great at keeping it moving, getting orders out correctly & it just goes to show how popular it is. Highly recommend.
My favorite chicken place! The best fast food customer service out there. Always friendly and courteous and the food is always delicious. My favorite is the nuggets though today I went with the spicy chicken sandwich combo. The variety of dipping sauces is great for the fries. This location, like all the Chick-fil-As I've been to, is fast with high quality. Highly recommended!
You can't go wrong going to any Chick-fil-A, but the Dublin location's customer service is second to none! I accidentally sent a mobile order to a previous address a few days after moving. I called to explain my mistake and they had a new order to me in 15 minutes!
Their drive-thru is managed VERY poorly compared to other CFAs. I waited 40 minutes to get through the line and 5 cars in the left lane showed up after me but got their orders first. I showed up at 10:20 and didn’t get to order until 10:50 which at that time they were no longer serving breakfast and would not accommodate. I am a signature member and this location makes me never want to go to another CFA and I worked in food service for 7 years, but there was no “I’m sorry” or “let me see what we can do”. At other chick-fil-a’s they have multiple people outside taking orders and handling payment. There is none of that at this location so it takes 10x longer than it usually does. Terrible management and has forever lost my business.
