I have no idea how I can go to every other Chick-fil-A in the city and it's absolutely amazing with no issues. However, every time I come to the Chick-fil-A here on South Nevada it's like going to the worst rated McDonald's because my orders always messed up or not well put together. For instance, I just got a breakfast sandwich today in the entire top part of the biscuit is completely shredded apart to where I actually would have to hang on to the egg and cheese in order to still be able to eat it like a sandwich. The quality, management, customer service is rough at best for this franchise.
Very friendly store! The food was delicious! The customer service was wonderful also. I would recommend this establishment to people with Anxieties. They are really quick so its hardly crowded for long and they also have a drive thru! Thanks Guys Great Job!
Chick-fil-A just never disappoints. I'm truly impressed Always with their ability to stay consistent in both food quality, but most importantly service. I wish many places would learn from these guys. Even when they drop the ball...they know how to pick it back up and keep the game going. There is hardly anyone that is as good at customer service.
Definitely one of my favorite Chick-fil-a in the springs. always great service and quality food.I tried the new BBQ sandwich and it was really good. I had it with the spicy chicken and plan to try it with the grilled and breaded eventually.from the guy taking our order. thanks for being so helpful. we were in the lane closer to the building.to the amazing young lady in the window you are amazing not only are you the most cheerful and wonderful person we have ever dealt with but you were helpful as well. keep being awesome . you deserve recognition and a raise. you are the reason i gave 5 stars instead of 4.
Got an spicy original chicken for the first time instead of the chicken nuggets that I've gotten on my few other visits. Now I finally understand what the hype is all about! I inhaled it! Why did my family let me order chicken nuggets? They are yummy, but hey!!!!!
They were great up to forgetting an order of fries. It was a 4 person order and we didn't figure it out till we got home. I'm sure they would have made it right, if we had called or checked before leaving the property.The food was still very satisfying.
I am already gonna start with this is my favorite chicken place that's fast food. This location was amazing with great service at the counter all the way up to the manager JIM helping us out by repackaging in big bag since our order was so large. Please stop by and say hi to Jim.. you'll get great service.
Always have fast, super friendly service and my order is always hot, fresh and prepared correctly. Chick-Fil-A is a gleaming example of a business model that focuses on being exemplary at a select number of things rather than being mediocre at a bunch of things. All they do is chicken and it shows with their consistently great quality.

I was completely surprised! When my friend suggested S Nevada for lunch (because there are so many restaurants to choose from), I was skeptical because the location is less than desirable. I will be the first to admit when I am wrong. The atmosphere was inviting to say the least. And as Chick-fil-A's go, there was a line going out the door. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes once our order was taken. Our meal was hot and fresh. I was thoroughly satisfied. Thank you Chick-fil-A for showing me a better version of S Nevada!
