Received our 1st delivery of food and it couldn't have been any better. Food was hot and delivery was fast. Staff is caring, polite and efficient.

This location is one of the better locations in the springs. They’re usually super fast, and I think I’ve only gotten one wrong order in all of the times I’ve been. The workers are super nice, and the line goes pretty fast. They sometimes get workers out to the drive thru line a bit slow at the evening shift change, but once they’re out there, the line goes quickly again
The employees were super nice. They came to the dining area frequently to check on customers. They all had smiles. It was a very pleasant experience
My son absolutely loves this location. The parking lot is easily accessible to park close and walk in. But if you want wait in line outside that works too as it goes pretty quick. I just wish Chick-fi-A would stop using MSG in their chicken. I know it’s not this locations fault so I didn’t remove a star.
They were excellent. When we pulled in, I almost left. Cars and People everywhere. We pulled in, got a spot, and managed to get through a two lane drive through. It was so fast, walked in, took the order. Less than 30 seconds after sitting down, the food arrived hot, with good customer service. 10 out of 10 stars ?
I’m not sure what is going on but the past like week, this specific Chic sucks. I get soggy food. One chic sauce for an 8 count nugget and I specifically asked for sauces? It was not busy and this is ridiculous. I had them charge me for a large cloudberry and got a small last time. And now this. Im slightly frustrated and going to start using the chic on Dublin.
Mrg:Have your policy changed. Not one greeting was given for the 3min I waited. No more inclusion guys. No one in line; so! Just a question? Joy the driver is the first to say Hi!
Delicious chicken, great service, nice employees. I've been going to this chick fil a every Monday with my grandparents for around 12 years now. I had an employee who would always put the trey down for me when I was a small child and now does it for my baby sister. Now that's commitment to your customers and your job. This establishment really cares about their quality. Thank you for 12 years of memories. ❤
We LOVE this location and the people!!! The food is always delicious too of course. We feel like family and in this unfortunately darker world this restaurant and the people shine so bright! It’s so refreshing and wonderful to visit.
How is it that every Chick Fil A has fantastic service!? I made the mistake of forgetting to order my sandwich without cheese, and as I opened up the box containing the sandwich let out a frustrated sigh before trying to scoop the cheese off. One of the employees saw me and offered to make it right. Mind you this was my mistake, and they still brought me a sandwich with no cheese on it! What a wonderful example of customer service!
